Very nice place to stay! Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen was well stocked and couches were super comfortable! Host was very helpful and responded quickly and efficiently to messages.

Check-in was so easy. Home was just as described/pictured. It is inviting and comfortable and close to stores and restaurants. Michael is an excellent host. He is quick to respond if you need anything or have any questions. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We have stayed in another of Michael’s homes before and will not hesitate to in the future!

This was exactly the break we needed as a stop on the way to Gulf Shores. The area was perfect, the host absolutely amazing. We would definitely book again if need be. I have this tagged as a favorite.

I would highly recommend staying at the Graphite Grove! The layout of this house was perfect for our needs, with a nice open kitchen/living room and bedrooms down the hall. In addition, it was located in a quiet neighborhood where you could walk to the water. Check in and check out instructions were very easy as well!

Was a great house!

Host was exceptional, even found and returned my grandson’s baseball uniform. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. We will stay again. Great area for our dog.

Very nice and good host

The house was clean and well-equipped. Coffee was provided, and the kitchen had the basics needed. We really enjoyed our three-night stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is covered garage parking for one car and room in the driveway for another if needed. The back deck is private and a nice place to sit and relax. We'll stay here again in the future if it's available for our dates.

The property was had a homey atmosphere. Everything we needed for there for us. It was also in a excellent location and close to all the restaurants and shopping malls. Management answered every question that I asked quickly. Love my stay

My family enjoyed this stay. We were close to the reservoir and a park, the neighbors were friendly, and the host made communication a breeze.

Came here for a football game with family.. place we rented was very clean and organized. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Restaurants were very close. Communication with Michael the host was OUTSTANDING. That made a difference...

Came out to Flowood from SC to visit with grandchildren and to celebrate a granddaughter’s 13 birthday. Three grandchildren stayed several days in the house. It is perfect. Three bedrooms, two full baths, and kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry room. Each bedroom has a TV! Big plus!
