The house and expansive outdoor living area offer fantastic views of the surrounding landscape, while a basketball hoop, pool table, corn hole, rope swing, and many other games provide endless entertainment. Home Truths:
- Our home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects are common. While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.
- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.
- Please note: The furniture shown in the photos is subject to change.
- Please note that due to its secluded location, cell reception and Wi-Fi are limited in our home.
- Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
- Pool with spa heat is just $250 per day, plus tax.
- SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine
- The avocado groves are off-limits to guests.
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.
- Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please note: The indoor fireplaces located in the bedrooms are not available for use, as they have been disabled by the gas company.
- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- Guests must use a longneck lighter to light the grill.
- The wine cooler fridge is not available for guest use.
- Please note that in the primary bathroom, the left-side showerhead has the hot and cold water reversed—hot water is on the right and cold is on the left.

Parking Details:
A maximum of 10 cars can park onsite.
The garage can accommodate up to 2 cars.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    Hot tube was easy to turn on.for it being in the cold months the water in the pool wasn't cold for us to have a swim,views from the property were amazing,

    Property is a bit run down and was not super clean upon arrival…furnishings are NOT what you see in photos. Great room couches are foam with soiled slip covers with holes. Outdoor furniture not the same, no cushions for chaise lounges, no pool towels. Ice maker does not work. Service was responsive when door code was not setup correctly for us. NO cell service whatsoever…wifi only access. Pool was nice and beds were comfy. We enjoyed our time, but its definitely not the same as pictured.

    Enjoyed the home & the beautiful surroundings. The home was comfortable & appreciated the nice amenities & game activities for the group. The pool & spa could have used some TLC repairs. We had issues with heating of the pool & spa. But we managed to enjoy ourselves. I was very pleased with the prompt communication from management. Thenk you . Would love to come back.

    The had a hard time heating the place as it was cold especially at night, it would reset temp to cold regularly Otherwise it was a nice place, no real contact with a human, made me give them some real Personal info and get there app????We had an ok tome there

    Our group of 10 really enjoyed the house and amenities this property provided! The hosts were very responsive to our questions and messages throughout the stay and we couldn’t have asked for more. Would recommend this spot for a nice weekend get away in Temecula.

    The House is surrounded by Beautiful Grapevines and Fruit trees, The back yard has a nice garden with a beautiful swimming pool - BBQ gill and a fire pit. The interior rooms are very spacious and comfortable-fully equipped large kitchen. Easy to access and checkout. We'll be back! John

    The outdoor lights were malfunctioning, there were ant trails in the master shower, and we faced noise issues with loud music playing until 1 AM last night. We had to contact the authorities five times! I won't be spending $5,000 for a four-night stay ant this location again.
