The house was very clean, spacious and a wonderful set up for our family of 6. We spent a lot of time in RMNP and the location was an easy and quick drive to the park entrance as well as an equally great location to downtown Grand Lake. We definitely recommend this home and Grand Mountain Rentals and we will use them for future visits!

The cabin was super nice and can’t beat the location! We had issues with the wifi, which was a little frustrating when trying to have a family movie night, but everything else went really well.

This is a great home for your adventure to RMNP and surrounding area, Home is minutes outside the park, shopping and lake acess within minutes as well.

From the fully stocked kitchen to the rustic farm/mountain decor to the views, it was perfect! We could tell that the owners have spent a lot of time to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. This was by far one of the BEST places we've ever stayed. And the staff of Grand Mountain Rentals were wonderful too. We won't hesitate to rent from them again.

This cabin surpassed all of my expectations! The best part is the view of the lake. It is even better than the pictures portray! We spent a lot of time on the deck to enjoy the view. The cabin was extremely clean upon arrival and the owners have it decorated so nicely. Plenty of space for 6 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cooking supplies. Loved the location as well. The neighborhood felt somewhat secluded, but neighbors were close by as well. Loved that it was only a 5 minute drive into Grand Lake. Our kids walked one day! The only drawback was that the loft bedroom was pretty warm at night (about 80 degrees) but with the windows open, it was cool by morning. This was our first trip to Colorado and it couldn't have been better!

Our friend is a chef and said the kitchen is the best equipped kitchen he's ever seen in a rental. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of parking for our snowmobile trailer.
