Stayed Feb 8, 2025We were in Bryan for son & granddaughter's birthday. The house was centrally located to everything we needed to get to with only a short trip. Neighborhood was quite and loved streetlight in front of house to keep our vehicle secure. Housecwas comfortable with everything needed. Have already booked our next stay @ Grand Villa!

Stayed Nov 29, 2024A nice, new home in an older neighborhood. Initially my wife and adult daughter were concerned but felt safe shorty after arrival and for the duration of our stay. We would not hesitate to book again!
