Grand Villa

We stayed with my parents and my brothers family. This house is HUGE! There is so much space for everyone to spread out. Every room has its own bathroom, which is a huge bonus. The views are insane and the house itself is beautiful, well appointed. Beds are comfy, hot tub is delightful. We will likely rent again next summer!

This was a wonderful place for a group of friends to stay for a girl’s weekend in CB! We loved spending time on the deck eating meals, chatting and relaxing in the hot tub with the beautiful views of Mt. Crested Butte! The kitchen was very well stocked and the decorating in the condo was very nice.

Our family of 11 all enjoyed the townhome in CB for a wedding weekend. Beautiful view on the mountainside, peaceful neighborhood, well furnished, all the amenities we could desire, very clean, and spacious for all. Would rent again next time to CB!

The house had everything we needed and more! Plenty of room for 4 couples, close to lifts for easy transition from ski to relaxation. No issues at all, would be happy to stay here again!

Easy to rent, check in and out. Property was very well stocked. Could not have been better.

Super close to the lifts, less than 5 minute walk. We had 5 couples and 1 infant (11 total) and we all slept quite comfortably. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. We would certainly stay again!

We enjoyed our stay and all of the benefits this place had to offer. The hot tub was a favorite hangout as well as the two tv rooms. Having two spaces for our two families to spread out (kids downstairs, grownups upstairs) was ideal after a long day of skiing. We easily logged on to the Sonos System to enjoy music and logged in to our Netflix account for the kids to watch a movie. The kitchen had all the tools and appliances we needed to prepare a few meals. The wine cooler was a nice perk in the kitchen as we had the fridge pretty stocked with easy to prep food items. We did a load of laundry once and ran the dishwasher after most meals. The beds were comfy (nice to have 2 king masters) and the walk-in closets made it easy to store our things. It really felt like we were at our home away from home. The house was clean upon our arrival, so that always helps us feel more comfortable. My sister and I even put together one of the many puzzles that were at the house. We also loved having a large enough dinner table so all 8 of us could sit down to a family meal. When looking for our ideal spot to stay in CB, our two families with four kids under 10 require walking distance to the slopes. Unfortunately for kids under 10, this location was a bit too far of a hike with ski boots, so we opted for the short drive to the drop-off and had an adult walk back to meet our group after returning the car to the rental. It really wasn't too much of a hassle, so staying here again is definitely a possibility in the future. The extra space in the house and other little things makes us want to come back and stay here again. I would recommend this rental to families that are okay with a short drive to the slopes or a family willing to walk 7-8min one way (plus there's quite a few sets of stairs in the house, so you'll get your steps in each day!).

Everything about this place was amazing, but what really sets it off from the others is the super responsive management. Usually I just book and show up and never contact management at all, but for this trip, both prior to arrival and during our stay, we had several questions. Management always got back to me very quickly. We had one repair issue and even though it was after hours, a very nice man showed up, smiling, to help us out. The space itself was so well imagined, with lots of comfortable seating, which meant hanging out together was a pleasure. We were amazed at the beauty of the hikes we took and loved exploring the town in the afternoons and evenings. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!!!!
