Grand Valrico Home w/ Deck, Fire Pit & Yard!

We had a wonderful weekend stay while celebrating our daughter’s wedding at Florida Rustic Barns. There was plenty of room for bridesmaids and extended family. The living room, and primary suite are enormous. There were plenty of towels and dishes. We wished we stayed longer but could have used some extra blankets in the suite off the garage since the heater automatically shut off in the middle of the night despite our efforts to reprogram it for the whole evening.

Beautiful home that was perfect for our stay. We loved this home so much that we came back again. The owner is super easy to contact and willing to work with our schedule. We were visiting Tampa for a soccer tournament and when our schedules were changed they were super easy to work with.

The bathroom shower upstairs would not drain properly. Missing threshold in bathroom near garage and carpet tack stuck in foot. No threshold out of room to kitchen and again sharp tac sticking out. Door going out to back yard has glass bulging out and looks like its going to come out. Fan upstair s for air will not turn off. Other shower head in upstairs bathroom has no pressure

We used it to house guests for my son's wedding. It was perfect for what we needed. Even the three rooms you have to walk through weren't bad. You can close the doors between each room and they all had french doors to the patio so they could be made very private. We definitely would use them again if the need arises.

Clean roomy and spacious

The house was very nice. But, we did find a roach in one of the kitchen cabinets and the refrigerator was not cooling at its best.

Amount of Rooms and outdoor space

Kitchen was a little low stocked, we had to buy a sponge, paper towels, dish washer detergent, salt. But overall good experience!

We came to Tampa for a College Soccer recruiting event. All of our players remarked at how comfortable the beds are and there was planty of room for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use. wieverythingimagin

Location and house were fantastic for what we needed. Only concerns were the 2 downstairs bathrooms which are easily fixable and the garbage disposal which again is an easy fix. House was very quiet and accommodating, would certainly stay again.

I rented this large house to accommodate guests at my daughter's wedding. The house is listed as sleeping 20. I only had 11 guests. The evening before the wedding, I hosted a Rehearsal Party. I personally spoke with the homeowner and cleared this event with her. As my guests started to arrive, a very angry neighbor accosted them and insisted, using quite inappropriate language, that they not park in front of her house. We had no music playing and were not breaking any laws or rules. When I approached her in an attempt to help the situation, she screamed at me, again using extremely inappropriate language, and threatened to call the sheriff. I did not pay a good deal of money to have my guests harassed by neighbors for no reason. So, beware should you rent this house and have more cars than the driveway can accommodate. The house in general was in decent shape, kitchen was not well equipped but sufficed. The real problem was the deck outside. The wood was extremely worn with several holes. One of my guests actually fell as her foot went through one of the holes on the deck. It's unsafe and should be repaired before the house is rented again.

We had to move to higher ground for a hurricane evacuation. The house was large and well stocked with towels and kitchen appliances. Worked well for our needs. There was some leaks following the storm but that isn’t surprising.

We were here to visit and celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The home was located less than 5 minutes from our parents' house so it was a great location. Everything was as advertised and we would reccommend it to other families.

Carpet is horrendous property manager had the audacity to tell us to take our shoes off before steping on carpet but the carpet are dirty lots of insects in house unbelievable honestly the house ilwas very hot the AC was really weird he has about 4 small unit ac with a fan in each room because they know the ac isnt enough dont wast your money i wouldn't do it again unless i absolutely have to
