Grand Ocean Getaway! Private Pool!

This property was very nice and spacious for our family of 11. We enjoyed the pool as well as the large living room area as well as the deck overlooking the pool. Bedrooms were nice and the grandkids loved the large room with full sized bunk beds and the foosball table.A short walk to the beach was great. And the location was nice and close to a variety of stores and restaurants. The kitchen was nice and had enough cooking utensils to use.There were a few things that could be improved on. The cleaners were running behind and were not finished when we arrived. The floors were all wet so we had to wait to get in after driving for 11 hours. Once dried they still were not clean and very sandy so we re-cleaned them later on that night when kids were sleeping. A good amount of the sheets and towels were stained/dirty so the owners had new ones delivered. There were a few bugs also.Overall we really did enjoy our stay and would like to come again but think that the linen service should be an optional feature and not mandatory. The fee is very pricey for mediocre service.

Plenty of room for everybody. The house is in a great location and check in and check out went smooth.Pool area had so many mosquitoes and biting bugs that you could not just sit in picnic table area. The house could use some maintenance and a deep cleaning.

This property is wonderful! Plenty of room to spread out, great kitchen and nice pool. Chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and cart are nice extras. Fully stocked kitchen and movies for kids. Close walk to beach. There is a large condo/rental that rents umbrellas and chairs, that shares same beach area, so get there early to mark your spot. We had a wonderful time and would recommend.

House has alot space and is set up well.Plenty of room for a large family or a big gathering. Communication with property manager and home owner was excellent. We hope to stay again next year.

House was in a very nice location easy walk to the beach. Plenty of room and beds for all the grandkids. Extra fridge in basement is very handy for drinks when you’re downstairs. Very satisfied with our stay.

Good place, minus the bugs.

The home was spacious and located in a prime area, close to the beach, restaurants and attractions. The owners were easy to communicate with and were quick to replace a TV that malfunctioned. There were improvements that needed to be made to the home and the cleanliness of some rooms, especially the kitchen, was a disappointment. The requirement to keep the thermostats set to 74 made it uncomfortable, at times.

Basement there were bugs and saw some in the kitchen. House needed some maintenance work done. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The house is well kept and was well stocked in a very nice little neighborhood just off the beach. The surrounding area was perfect for morning and evening dog walks, pool was very nice, and the beach was just 2 short blocks away.
