Grand Oaks is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach cottage in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private, fenced yard that is dog friendly. The home was completely remodeled in 2024. It has a private driveway and carport, there is enough space to park a boat and trailer.

Inside Amenities:
The living area features plenty of seating with a large wall-mounted TV and Playstation 4 for the kids. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. The cocktail table has plenty of games, perfect for makingfamily memories.

The dining area has wrap-around custom built seating, with enough space for everyone to have a sit-down dinner, or do a little work on vacay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, coffee maker, toaster, mircowave, fridge/freezer, and all of the utensils needed.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, with a large wall-mounted TV, and closet space and clothing storage.

The bunk room has a full over queen bunk bed and a futon. There is a dresser for clothing storage in the bunk room.

The bathroom, located in the back hallway, has an additional storage cabinet as well as a custom built tile shower.

Outside Amenities:
The back deck has outdoor covered seating for 4.
In the yard you'll find an outdoor sink and drying rack for scuba gear.
There is a small fire pit for your use.
In the back of the yard there is a picnic table perfect if you wish to read a book while listening to the birds, or enjoy some games outside. We do have some yard games as well.
Fenced backyard, perfect to have some fun with your dog.
