1)There are 4 dedicated covered parking for Unit E in first floor. Oversized vehicles/ trucks with trailers are prohibited to park in parking lot. 2) If any Beach access is closed by town of Grand Isle due to Construction work, we as a host will not be accountable for it & have no control on it.

3) Pet Rules :
Maximum 2 dogs allowed & bring pet sofa & bed. Pets are not allowed in any furniture provided by host. Please furnish the details of do breeds / weight. Please don't use the bathtub to give shower to the dogs. That leads to clogged bathtubs & drainage issues due to excessive pet hairs. Please use the downstairs faucet to wash pets.

    The parking is not very good. I’m old and I struggle to get up and down the stairs, may I suggest an elevator for old folks. Loved the kitchen the best.

    The condo itself was very clean and just as pictured. The issue is the property it’s located on. When we arrived there are two sets of stairs and one that was closest to our condo was littered with garbage from past guest. Secondly, if you plan to cook out it has to be done during the daylight hours since there are no lights under the condo deck which doubles as parking. If you have a boat you have to park it off property because there is no place to park it and the rules are no large trucks or boats on the property, imagine that no boat parking when you’re staying in Grand Isle LA, a fishing destination. Additionally, you have to choose carefully where you set up to bbq or whatever since the sewer is also under the condo. The condo was nice but the property needs some major work.

    The property overall had a look of neglect.The unit itself could use some TLC. Compared to other places I have stayed in the past on Grand Isle, it was a disappointment.

    Had a few issues with unforseen problems. Owner was fast to resolve and correct issues. Great experience overall.
