Grand Havasu Oasis with Free Heated Pool & Spa

Opening the door, we were greeted by an immaculately clean and inviting interior. Modern furnishings, cozy plush sofas, and thoughtful decor instantly made us feel at home. The kitchen was well equipped with a full complement of cookware, and a pantry stocked with essentials. We found everything we needed.Bedrooms had comfortable mattresses, high-quality linens. Bathrooms were sparkling, stocked with fluffy towels, luxury toiletries. The attention to detail was truly impressive, The backyard was paradise. There was a large, heated pool and fire pit area, perfect for roasting marshmallows and watching the stars. Every inch of the house was spotless, with fresh linens and well-maintained amenities throughout. All appliances worked perfectly, and clear instructions made settling in effortless. The hosts were attentive and proactive, responding quickly to any questions and ensuring our stay was smooth.

The house was beautiful and the pool area was prefect!

Booked one week, April 5-12, 2025. We had 3 families (total of 9) and we had more than adequate room for all us. The little ones, 5 years and under LOVED the pool and all the amenities, especially the shallow end. The pool and large entertainment/outdoor kitchen area was used every night and a huge hit! Don't hesitate to book this home, it is so well stocked with everything you could possibly need seriously!! Also loved being able to use the garage, as temps reached 100*. 4 stars for cleanliness because some minor update is needed to all the bathrooms, such as the tub/shower spigots and slow (clogged) drains. All and all a GREAT experience Thank you Todd, we hope to return in the near future!!

Superior backyard oasis with heated pool and hot tub. Very comfortable beds, excellent communication and beautiful home. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was over and beyond my expectations. You truly need not bring anything but your suitcase and food/drinks AND there is no reason to leave. We wnjoywd everything from the Heated Pool to the Sauna, Amazing time for the whole family. Even the little people didn’t get bored.Kitchen was stocked with every cooking supply and spices needed. Kuerig was a plus. Can’t say enough. We will definitely stay here next time the whole family comes to town. Thank you Todd

This property really has it all. You could stay here and never have to leave. We came in with our whole family for Thanksgiving. There was a wide range of ages in our group from 7 to 70, all ages enjoyed themselves. Both the interior and exterior spaces are large and spread out. There is lots to do from the fully stocked board games to the putting green and fire pit outside. Although we didn’t use the sauna in the master bath, it was enticing. I’ve listed some pros and cons of things that are important to me when I’m staying in a home. Pros - Lots of indoor and outdoor space Kitchen is nicely stocked with all the appliances and gadgets you could need. Pool (heated) and hot tub Great outdoor entertaining space Dog Friendly Indoor space is spread out, perfect for mixed families, large groups. Lots of parking/garage space Cons - Interior dated A couple bedrooms don’t have tv’s Bedding/linens were very basic/cheap.

The home was very nice. Quiet, comfortable and peaceful.

What an amazing house, the pictures online do not do it justice. It is nice and clean and has all the amenities you and your family need for a stay. Todd was such an amazing host, he made sure we checked in he made sure we had fun and knew how to do everything like the pool and hot tub and then let us know what we need for check out. Pool was amazing nice and clean clear water Hot tub was phenomenal We even cooked up some steaks on the bbq and used the big table out side. There is literally nothing to say or complain about this property and Todd the host. My only regret is having to check out. Todd this place is amazing and we will be back. The house was wonderful! The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to take advantage of the out door grill. Furnishings were great and the outdoor space was perfect. We were able to enjoy the pool, hot tub and fantastic weather. Located in nice neighborhood and close to activities. Our host was very helpful when I had questions. I would stay again!

Excellent stay, great house for a large group of people. Amenities were phenomenal, particularly all the shade and pool items. Check in was seamless.
