Awesome gateway place and fun experience
Very organized
Booking & check-in were super easy, and the trailer was stocked with everything we needed. Sadly, it smelled like a sewer when we walked in. We vented for a few hours, but we had a huge problem with sewage gas venting into the trailer when running any water at all, even after the tank valves were closed in an attempt to resolve the issue. All the windows screwed shut didnt help. Having to open trailer doors and completely exchange the air inside thru the bathroom vent after every water usage was unpleasant, especially at 3 a.m. and 45 degrees! Would recommend leaving tanks closed off from park septic system & use enzymes!
Convenient location, nice trailer. Nice having two bedrooms for privacy for 4 adults You have everything you need. (Just recommend new pillows)
It was great
The stay was mostly great with a few easily fixed issues. I have worked in Hospitality for a very long time, so the check in process was a major red flag. As much as I understand busy holiday weekends, being told that arriving 10 minutes early they could not accommodate a checkin but suddenly as I’m standing there it becomes available seemed ridiculous. They could have easily said they needed to do a final inspection really fast, or just communicate something at all rather than saying “leave and come back in 10 minutes” as if that would make a huge difference. The charging for ESA is awful. I understand you see ESA as a “pet” but a dog trained for PTSD relief should not be charged just because they are not registered as a service animal, and only emotional support. Also, you really need to either turn off the light outside of the bedroom window at night or put a blackout curtain on the bedroom window. It should not appear to be 8am in the middle of the night because of how bright the light was. My husband and I had to sleep in separate bedrooms because my 3 year old and I couldn’t sleep with the bright light and when I asked the staff about it they basically said “too bad, that light stays on”. Please find an alternative. The actual trailer itself was great.
This is our second time staying here. We had a great time both times. The trailer is comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for our shy dog. Williams was close enough to drive to Sedona and Jerome. Bearizona was an awesome place to visit. The property manager is very responsive to our needs. My only complaint is that there were a few strands of a hair on the bed sheets. We would stay here again.
Everything is as advertised. Clean with two rooms, two queen beds. Bathroom with shower sink and toilet. Toilets and showers also available by office. Gas stove, and refrigerator. Pop out for table. Location right off freeway middle exit in Williams. No complaints.
We were under the impression this was off the beaten path.. it was not at all. Right off the freeway and next to a large truck stop
We stayed in Williams to visit the Grand Canyon and we needed accommodations allowing a pet. It was exactly as advertised.
RV is as it states in description mostly. Luxury suite did not have a smart TV as stated to use my own Netflix or Hulu to entertain a 3 and 4 year old while unpacking etc. Pipes froze the first night leaving us with no water the first day until it got warm enought to thaw. Hot water is only 7 gallons with a 20 minute wait for another 7 gallons to heat up. No blow dryers or curling irons as it blows the circuit as does a toaster! Use of the thermostat was intermittent. Office had to get it to heat in the first place then again at 3 am! Could not set the thermostat above 78 degrees. Parking is not directly next to your RV. It is 30 step walk which is not fun to navigate in two feet of fresh snow with coolers full of groceries and luggage! Limited cooking pots and pans, cooking utensils and salt and pepper is not provided. On the upside, plenty of towels, pillows, extremely, clean and upgraded. The staff was AMAZING! Dog bowls, treats, snacks, cocoa, chips were provided upon check in. The minute I called for anything they were at the door no matter what the time. I couldn't ask for a more attentive staff. Location was ok. Sandwiched between a LOVES Truck Stop and the I-40. But it was extremely quiet (windows closed of course.) Had to keep the shades down as the next RV is within four feet of your windows. I have rented plenty of RVs and this one was the most temperamental. I lived in the area for five years. I know it snows. Most important is that the STAFF is AMAZING!!
