This is a 3 bed 2 Full bath house in Deerfield beach Fl Rental..it also has 1/1 in law suite connected to it as well that’s a separate part of house rental is separate and has its own entrance and parking and NO USE to the POOL. Pool is heated when needed Nice and quiet area close to the beach 6-8 minute car/Uber ride close to downtown Deerfield restaurants and bars and also 3 miles away to Boca Raton Mizner Park it is in a beautiful neighborhood and is kid friendly Sleeps only 6 peo

Stayed Oct 23, 2025Everything was great. As advertised. Plenty of towels, pillows, pool toys, and beach supplies. Only bummer was a very poor pressures in a beautiful primary shower and a broken bidet. Otherwise, excellent.

Stayed Apr 17, 202510 out of 10 and would and will stay again. Perfect for a family of 4. Great pool..2 minute drive to the beach and close to any amenities. Great location and great host!

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Great house. Lots of room. Amazing pool and hot tub. Not very close to beaches/shopping but if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway this is it.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025We loved Frank’s place. It was spacious with lots of sitting area, especially around the pool and bar. Frank was very easy to deal with. The neighborhood was also very nice. If you’re not looking for an over-the-top luxury area, yet family oriented and safe feeling, this is the place for you. Everything was conveniently located within a mile.

Stayed Dec 18, 2024The property was clean, check in is very easy, nice kitchen, yard is pretty much private, pool and spa were easy to operate. Also the house was very conveniently located. We attended an NFL game, the stadium was only 30 minute drive. Probably will return again if I come to the area.
