Gorgeous Wide Waterfront Views on Tarpon Bay, Walk to the Beach!

Very beautiful and serene location, overlooking a quiet channel. Regularly saw dolphins feeding near the sea wall as well as ospreys and brown pelicans.The house is less than a 10 minute walk to a public beach access.

My husband, son and I had a great week in Marco. We came for many years in a row but haven’t been able to visit the past few years. We loved the home and location. We saw dolphins every day and enjoyed the expansive water view. Chris (homeowner) was very communicative and provided any needed information. We’ll definitely be back!

This home was thecperfect getaway fir our family. It is an older home but well mauntained, clean, and had all the necessary items to make our stay enjoyable. The host was very responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. It is a very easy walk to the beach. We even walked to breakfast, dinners, mini golf, and ice cream. I would definitely return to this home. Highly recommended.

This is our second time staying at this property. It never disappoints. The property owner is pleasant and easy to communicate with! Great location! We saw dolphins every day! We caught a lot of fish, enjoyed collecting shells and sunrises ans sunsets on the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

A Beautiful, perfect location in the Heart of Marco Island. The home is situated for easy walks to beach, fun bike rides around the Island and access to conveniently high end restaurants.While relaxing at home, we enjoyed swimming in the heated pool which overlooks a spectacular bay. In addition, we spent time viewing the extensive variety of birds and daily visits from dolphins from the lanai. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this family home and appreciated contact with owner as needed. We look forward to returning to this special home on Marco Island.

My wife & I along with my youngest son (16) and mother-in-law spent a great week at this waterfront house. Location was great with easy walking access to the beach for shelling and sunsets. Seeing the ground owls/nests on way to beach was a bonus. The outdoor space is hard to beat. Dock for fishing was awesome with lots of fish caught throughout the week (ladyfish, catfish, jacks, mangrove snapper, sheepshead, spanish mackerel, and even a small tarpon). Bait store for live shrimp was a 5 min car ride. Restaurants and Publix also very close drive. House was comfortable and great space for either indoor or outdoor card games or relaxing and watching the visiting dolphins or rolling tarpon on the water. House itself is a bit dated as mentioned in other reviews but clean and comfortable. As an avid fisherman, i would have loved to have rented kayaks for the week to explore the waters further but the logistics of putting in kayaks safely would be tricky so fully understand why owner doesnt want any watercraft to dock. Only one neighbor so very private location. Cant wait to return! water.LLocationawesawesomec

We didn’t want to leave! Loved the pool, which was heated to a perfect temperature, and cleaned weekly while we were there. We enjoyed the lovely water views from every window at the back of the house. The house is in an ideal location for walking to restaurants, the beach, shopping, ice cream shops and even hair and nail salons. The house and rooms are exactly as pictured.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location to the beach was great. We enjoyed fishing in the canal and daily visits from the dolphins.

Absolutely beautiful view from inside and outside. My husband and I took our daughter and granddaughter and it was perfect for all of us. We spent so much time in the pool and on the outdoor patio. Very private, quiet location right on the bay. We saw dolphin almost daily and lots of fish and birds. Short walk to the beach and nice neighborhoods for evening walks once it cooled down. We would choose this place again in a heart beat!
