I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Going back home to Pcola beach is always a blessing to me. I grew up there. Our stay at SDL was great, clean, way comfortable, great location on the Sound Side, and nothing across the street on the Gulf Side. Amenities were top notch, customer service was excellent, (no gas for the BBQ, delivered in 15 mins) and pet friendly too. Our 7lb Poodle Sofie had a good time too. Stayed a week, it just wasn't long enough, but we will be back.

Would definitely stay here again. No internet allWeek worked out great for kids and not so great for working from the beach. The lines were being replaced as we left.

The location is great. Sound on one side and ocean on the other. Condo is always clean and welcoming. There were some furniture upgrades this time. We highly recommend!

Easy walk to the beach, including the dog beach. Lovely views of the Bay but also the gulf from the road side, since there are no obstructions. Would stay again.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for a more perfect location. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the beach, but also my daughter’s favorite part of the day was ending it at the bay behind us. We also brought our golden doodle who loved playing in the bay and fetching her toy in the water. We also enjoyed the pool, even in October and played tennis as well. The owner was very quick to accommodate any request we had. There was one lightbulb out and they came and fixed it in less than an hour. The whole area was super quiet so we slept like babies. I definitely recommend coming to Pensacola Beach in October as there was no traffic, no waits at any restaurant except for Peg Leg (go lunch and it’s a wait of just 10 min), perfect temps with no humidity and we were able to do everything we wanted. Also recommend doing the glow paddle right down the street! It was a great experience.
