Power washing needed outside. Cable was not available to hook-up the 2 TV. No TV in master bedroom. Master bathroom is a joke. Gurniture seating was limited and extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen equipped poorly. Stove was nice. Light over gas grill was nice. Overall, the house needs updating if it is going to be rented. Not what I expected from a kiawah island rental. Very disappointed. ESPM should evaluate their rental properties better.

Everything was perfect. A really quiet area and can do lots of walks. The beach is a 15 minute walk.Saw some wildlife from the back patio. This was our second time here.

The porch and the sunroom offer fantastic views! The kitchen is a great size and well appointed. We can't wait to come again!

This is a lovely home, and also the cleanest property we have rented on Kiawah in the past five years and many visits.

I've been to Kiawah multiple times and this is the first time I have stayed directly on the marsh. I also traveled with three folks who have never been.....the feeling was mutual...it was beautiful! Peaceful and magnificent views: dolphins and birds in the mornings, stars at night - so many stars! Location was convenient to the beach, golf, trails, shopping, restaurants. Overlooking the marsh made the location feel secluded even though there are houses right next door. House was great for cooking, game night, evenings and mornings on the deck. We would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kiawah! We’ve been coming here for many years and the view of the Marsh from this house was spectacular! We also loved the location since it was close to Freshfields. The check-in process was one of the easiest yet.

Our entire family had something to amuse and interest them from day one through the too soon end of the week. We golfed at Cougar Point, Turtle point, and the Ocean Course. We rode bikes on the paths, took walks, sat on the beach( a short bike ride). We cooked out on the deck, viewed the sunrise, and watched dolphins swim and feed in the marsh. The view from the deck was spectacular. We went into Charleston on two nights and had great meals at Hall's Chop House and Magnolia's. On Kiawah we ate at Jasmine Porch and Atlantic room and Tamasso's. Every place was as good or better than the others. In other words, It was a great vacation and the family wants to return next year.
