Stayed May 15, 2025This was a perfect spot for our family to be together for our son’s wedding, ideally located close to their venue at the Wychmere. The home was immaculate on our arrival and so well appointed I wish we had booked a longer stay. The beds were comfortable and the master BR was huge. The barn has a private little set up on the second floor with bed and sitting area, small refrig and coffee maker and full bath. It also had a full gym set up and beach chairs etc. if you have kids the house is set up well with toys, books etc. The yard is fully fenced, huge and gorgeous. The neighborhood was quiet and still close enough that you could walk into town. We also enjoyed the fire pit after the rehearsal dinner with family and the covered porch was perfect for coffee in the morning where we sat and listened to the birds. It also made for the perfect spot for arranging the flowers for the rehearsal dinner! Seriously this house was beyond our expectations and helped make the wedding weekend perfect. Management was responsive and helpful and was kind enough to give us a late check out on Sunday since they did not have a guest checking in after us. Excellent all around and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed Jul 20, 2024This property offers great space to host multiple families, amazing outdoor options for the kids to run around, adults to enjoy the firepit, outdoor shower was amazing and the home was well-stocked for all of our needs. Walking distance to HarwichPort was super convenient - we loved our stay!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024This property is a true gem. The grounds are beautiful and provide lots of outdoor space for play and relaxation. The house has every amenity - a playroom with lots of toys for little ones, dining areas quiet spaces, and 5 good sized bedrooms including changing table and bunk beds in one. The owners thought of everything a family could need to make staying there easy, convenient and enjoyable. Of course the location is a “10” - gorgeous neighborhood and so close to Main Street restaurants and shopping. The WiFi is a little glitchy for those trying to work remotely - a comment relayed to the property manager. It worked well most of the time for casual use.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We had a great week in the house was well stocked With toys, in and out. The fenced in yard was beautiful and well-maintained. Our only negative was the kitchen was small with very little room for the food we needed to accommodate all of us.

Stayed Jun 3, 2024Perfect vacation home for big families, and walking distance to the beach. Everything was clean, and the home was full of extras (beach toys, chairs etc). Beautiful neighborhood and Del Mar was responsive to any questions we had.
