The spacious townhome offers three floors of pristine living space and enough privacy for the whole family. When the sun is shining, lounge on the two-story deck and enjoy the tranquil view while you cook something on the gas grill. Or, head inside to prepare something more gourmet in the immaculate full kitchen. In addition to a full suite of stainless steel appliances, guests will be set up for success with complimentary spices, pantry items, and cooking oil.

On chilly evenings, relax in front of the living area's wood-burning fireplace with a mug of hot cider and your loved ones. Anyone with a competitive spirit will enjoy making use of the foosball table in the basement, which also features a bonus sitting area with a smart TV. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, partial air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival.
Failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
Wood is provided for the fireplace.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Great location, my family had such a relaxing time. So close to the Water Park, Outlets, Golf and Mountain View Vineyard. Plenty of room for larger families, my kids loved hanging out in the basement.

    The property was very well maintained. We had a group of 7 including 3 kids under 10 and the property was great for us. The kitchen and living areas accommodate a large group. The downstairs/basement living space were also a nice touch. Its very close to Camelback. We did think it was strange there is a grill and a wood burning fireplace but no smoking outside the property. Also the management was very responsive to our reported concerns and our inquiries before arrival.

    The house was a good size, very clean and really conveniently located to all Camelback attractions as well as eating in the area. One call out as there is only two allowed spots in front of the unit. If you have additional cars, there is an overflow lot in the development that you can drive to. Originally the property management company had told us to park the third card at an Outlet Center about 15 minutes away but we did not feel comfortable with that. Otherwise, great stay.

    Great house with comfortable beds. Plenty of room for the guest to spread out upstairs and downstairs. We had a great golf trip. Played at Mount Airy golf club and casino. Minutes from the house, so no need to travel far to play. Great bars and restaurants close by too. Overall, a great stay. We will definitely be back!!

    We were two families wanting to get away and stay at the Northridge community. Location is beautiful and close to outlets, restaurants, attractions ,hikes. Townhome is well stocked and well kept. We had a great time here, would love to visit again.

    We loved Northridge retreat. The home was well stocked and big enough for the 9 of us from 6 to 83 to enjoy. Close enough to the slopes that it was a quick drive down.
