Stayed Sep 27, 2025This was the third time I have stayed at this townhouse and once again, it did not disappoint. It is always very clean and has everything you need. It is located close to the beach (5 min walk with access at Cherie Down Park) and the neighborhood is great for dog walking. It's an easy drive to Orlando if you are interested in visiting the parks. You can walk out to the beach to see a rocket launch. Alex is always quick with a response to any questions you may have. It's our go to place in Cape Canaveral.

Stayed Sep 2, 2025The place was lovely! Perfect location near KSC for work and the beach on a couple off hours. Quiet neighborhood and provided ample amounts of paper and dishwasher/laundry products. Quick response from Alex re the door lock. Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed Nov 18, 2023Everything was amazing! Close to the beach, close to town, quiet neighborhood, clean & comfortably. Our only complaint would be the not being able to have any guests over. However, we understood that it was a city rule. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend/family member. Thanks so much for the amazing week!

Stayed Oct 21, 2023This is the second time we have stayed at this townhouse and we will definitely stay again. Both times we have stayed, we have been impressed with how clean and well stocked this rental is. We also love the convenient location. It is a short walk to the beach and a great neighborhood for dog walking. The owner is very helpful and quick to answer any questions. This is our favorite place to stay on the Space Coast.

Stayed Jan 18, 2023We had a great week here. The house was perfect for us - 2 mature couples and would also be good for a family. Literally 4 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to kennedy space center and many surrounding beaches and restaurants. Great find.
