    Great stay in a great location. Was the perfect place for a long weekend with the family, ample room in the common area and everything we needed.

    Check-in was simple. The clubhouse closes at 4:30 so we couldn't get pool passes or parking passes until the next day so that wastes your first day, and we got a parking violation since we had no pass. The condo was fine. The kitchen is NOT as equipped as the listing states and the bath towels are old, musty and not soft. The beds were rough. The place is ready for some updating and TLC. Much decor on the walls has been removed, presumably from damage, but the hooks are still there. There was a bird statue in the living room missing a head, there were decorations behind the couch from other tenants. Appliances appeared newer and worked well except for the ice maker on the fridge. Nothing about the place was bad enough to ruin our stay, but I would be dishonest to rate this as 5 star, and the rating system that the company tells you to use is pretty biased in their favor.

    Love this community but this particular condo could use some upgrades. Unit was clean and well stocked. But needs fresh paint, table and chairs had lots of wear a tear. New furniture and paint would really spruce the place up. The outside of condo/ concrete areas need cleaned and refinished as well. Lots of pictures missing from walls. Towels in condo were very worn and old and need replaced. Wash clothes supplied would have also been nice. The peopleWho respond to questions on here regarding property are very fast and helpful

    All you need in 1 place indoor and out door pools , bay ,fishing pier ,private beach , ocean right across the street , bar and grill , store with star bucks , paddle boarding and kayaking right there too what a wonderful time my family had ?

    Booking was easy. Property manager arranged for early check in as no one had been in unit the night prior to arrival. Arrived around noon to find the balcony completely blocked off due to construction. Wasn't aware of this when we booked and really disappointed as we planned to be outside and use it during our stay. Contacted property manager right away and were able to move to a different unit. The unit was nicely decorated and would have enjoyed staying there other than the balcony issue. Property manager was very accommodating and responsive.

    My family and I, consisting of 6 people - 2 older couples (50s) and our two kids (19) all of us had a nice time. The pullout couch made for a nice second option for the kid who didn’t want to sleep on a bunk. :) Location was perfect and beautiful. Had a real south Florida vibe. Secure and the gated parking was an added benefit for our cruisin cars! Condo was fully stocked with what we needed (even though I had brought items - I know better next time!) Clean, bright and definitely new feeling. The rooms offered awesome privacy for the separate couples. Master bath was like fit for a king! No joke. We appreciate you sharing your space with us! Looking forward to seeing you in May :)
