51 Lawton is the epitome of Sea Pines luxury on Hilton Head Island. You will never want to leave your beach vacation when you stay at 51 Lawton Road! The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and there are 2 refrigerators to ensure there is plenty of room for everyone's favorite snacks and drinks. The open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze with plenty of space for indoor and outdoor dining. After a long day of golfing or spending time at the beach, you can gather around the TV for a family movie night. A half bathroom and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer on the main level. The primary suite is on the main level, furnished with a king-sized bed, luxury bedding, a smart TV, and a spa bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and soaking tub.

Up the first set of six stairs, you will find two private bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and smart TV. These bedrooms share a large hall bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and a double vanity sink. Up the next set of stairs is a large open space with 2 twin/double bunk beds, 2 twin trundles, and a sleeper sofa. This is the perfect space for the kids to hang out with a foosball table and smart TV. A private bedroom is also located on this level with a king-sized bed, smart TV, and crib. The ensuite features a shower/tub combo and has a sliding door that separates the space from the vanity sink area.

The inside of this home has everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation on Hilton Head Island, but we all know you want to explore the outdoors and take in the ocean breeze! 51 Lawton has 2 porch areas, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The backyard features a newly extended patio with a gas grill, dining table, lounge chairs, and a saltwater pool. This home even has a spacious grass area for your pet or family to play games! *Total number of vehicles allowed is 4, with 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage.
*This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 2 car passes are included with your reservation. Additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $15 each + taxes. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed.
*The Pool can be heated for an additional cost of $350/week. Pool heat can be added at checkout or after booking by calling our office. Pool heat must be requested at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date.
*1 dog allowed. $250 non-refundable pet fee required.
*3-night minimum stay required. 7-night minimum stay required Memorial Day – Labor Day with check-in/check-out on Saturday.
*RBC HERITAGE 2026 - 7-night minimum stay required for RBC Heritage April 16-19, 2026. Check-in is Monday, April 13th and Check-out is Monday, April 20th. If you would like to stay Sunday - Sunday instead, please contact our office to assist with the booking process.
*Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 27 nights.
*South Beach Marina Pool is closed on September 5th for the rest of the 2025 season.

    51 Lawton Rd is a beautiful home that is spacious, comfortable and very well maintained! The girls loved the location within Sea Pines as well! There were plenty of beds for everyone and Coastal Vacations (The rental company) was very communicative and easy to work with. We would definitely rent here again!

    Great overall trip! Hilton Head was beautiful and the house was the perfect place for our family and friends to stay.
