Gorgeous Renovated Townhouse-MUST BE OVER 25 TO RENT

This home was extremely clean and well maintained. The floors, and maybe counters, look to be newer and the decor is perfect. The kitchen had all items we needed for cooking and eating. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the neighbor in 314A was very nice (we met them when we were checking in). The sidewalk in the back, around the park, was a nice walking path for my in-laws, one of which had recent knee replacement and needed to walk as part of physical therapy. We had friends who were also in OCMD this week, staying at the Plaza on the beach, they stopped by to visit and their 1 year and 3 year old grandkids LOVED the park. We loved the Shipwreck Museum in Fenwick Island, DE, and the Smith Island Cake from Jessica's Fudge House. The wifi was not that great. It kept kicking us out. We could not watch TV without it kicking us out of the show - and that was with only my father-in-law reading on his iPad. We had to take my son to the library for a school test. I did have luck with the wifi early in the morning when I was the only one awake but if 2 people got on, it would kick the other out. Other than my son needing the wifi for school, it really did not matter so much to me. I like to be disconnected from devices as much as possible. Overall, we had a great stay, we were able to find wifi for my son's test at the wonderful library in OCMD. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything is just great. We have stay here for our 3rd time & will be back next year.

Our 4th year staying here and we will be back. Our only issue was with check in and the cleaning company being behind. She was not finished until close to 5PM so we just worked around her to unpack. That was not the owner’s fault though and this was not normal as all previous years the house was ready ahead of schedule.

Great place to stay if you have young kids. The playground off the back porch was perfect. A short walk to the beach and a great indoor/outdoor mini golf place.

The rental was very clean and had plenty of room for a family of four. The kids enjoyed the playground steps from the back deck.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. It had everything we needed for our stay! We will definitely be on the lookout for this house again next year!

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend (family of 5) and we had a great time. The place was large and comfortable for all of us. The unit exceeded expectations, and was perfectly stocked, clean, and in a perfect location a few minutes walk to the beach. We loved having the park and playground right there, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the screened in porch. Would not hesitate to book again!

Came for festival. Stay was great. Couple of blocks away from hus station. Nice park right in backyard.

Wonderful, very clean, well taken care of, brand new hard woods. Big kitchen with granite counters. Great neighborhood location. Park outside the back door with playground, pickle-ball, and tennis.

We had a little hiccup with information provided late but the owner went out of their way to make it better. We enjoyed our stay, the home is Beautiful and well equipped. There is a screened porch and park behind the home which is perfect for kids. Not much to see on the TV but wasn’t a problem for us since we didn’t spend much time at the home. Very spacious rooms and home would definitely recommend staying here and not too far from OC which we were heading to, also within walking distance to the local beach area.
