Gorgeous Punta Gorda Home w/ Lanai & Private Pool!

The home is very well maintained. It’s very clean. We didn’t have to purchase any household items while we were there. There were even items like razors, toothpaste, and toothbrushes if you forgot your own. They are temporary fixes, but cleverly thought out. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The cookware was not the best, but completely in line with any other home I’ve rented. Renters are too rough on cookware. The pool heat works great! The only thing we didn’t like was the camera facing the pool. It’s a little intrusive. However I’m sure there was an issue that prompted the cameras. It’s a great rental.

This home is just fantastic! Every appliance you could ever need, beautifully updated and appointed. The lanai and pool are any vacationer's dream. We will stay again when we're in the area.

This home was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and clean up.Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The host Anthony was supportive and answered questions in a timely manner.The neighborhood was quiet and safe to take walks and enjoy the beautiful florida weather.

It is not often that things are as advertised now days, but this was! Everything was neat and clean, pool was perfect! It was so nice to be able to park in the garage also :)

Very nice clean home. This home had everything we needed for cooking meals in. Close to grocery store and airport. Minor hiccup with pool temperature but was resolved very quickly as property manager was very attentive. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!

The house was close to the airport and that helped because our flight landed after midnight. The bedrooms gave everyone their own space. We ordered food from Walmart before we left our home and picked it up the next morning. Walmart is close and easy to find. We enjoyed the new gas grill and ate most of our meals in. Every cabinet and drawer in the kitchen was labeled to hep us find everything. The house was centrally locate and we took day trips to Sanibel/Captiva and Gasparilla Islands and each was about an hour from the house. The pool was so relaxing and we used it most days. There were pool floats for everyone to use. The owner thought of everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation!

We visited Punta Gorda for a few days celebrating our anniversary. The neighborhood was quiet and the property was beautiful and exactly as described. One of the best rentals we have ever experienced!

We really enjoyed this property. When an issue arose (one issue the owner had no control over), they were very responsive (including sending someone on a Holiday) I would recommend this unit for anyone looking in the area. The home is very well decorated and maintained, and the owner of the property is very responsive.

We came to Florida to watch our grandson play in a baseball tournament. Compared to NJ it was hot! However our accommodations were quite nice and the pool was a nice as well as needed feature. The home was spotless and well equipped. Highly recommend this home.
