Staying in this property will allow you to quickly and easily access dozens of food and entertainment venues on the world-famous Wilton Drive (10 min. walk), and the closest beach is just 10 mins. away. Wilton Manors is one of the prettiest and most fun areas of Ft. Lauderdale! Whether you’re visiting us for a sunny vacation, our fabulous nightlife, a convention in the area, or some down-time before/after a cruise, this gorgeous waterfront home has everything you will need for a memorable vacay.

A private, heated pool (during the cool months) and the adjoining hot tub will help you enjoy the Florida life with friends and family - for FREE! The waterfront patio also includes FREE access to our private dock on the canal with 2 kayaks, a conversation area for 6 guests, shaded dining for 6, and 4 loungers. Sliding doors from the indoor dining area lead to your waterfront patio where you can enjoy al-fresco waterfront dining under the umbrella, a BBQ grill, and access to the pool and the dock.

There are 3 bedrooms that will accommodate up to 6 guests very comfortably:
1) Primary bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
2) Secondary bedroom with king bed.
3) Secondary bedroom with queen bed and sliding doors to the pool/patio.
All 3 bedrooms have 55” smart TVs, dimming lighting, remote-controlled curtains, closets, dressers and mirrors.

The guest bathroom is located in the hallway and has a tub-shower combo. Bath towels, hair dryer, shampoo and soap are provided in both bathrooms, as well as a starter set of toilet paper rolls. Pool and beach towels are also available in the house.

There’s a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to store and cook your own meals: refrigerator, electric stove with oven, microwave, dual coffee machine (K-cups and drip), blender, pots and pans, plates, glasses, silverware, and utensils. There’s an island for cooking or entertaining, with stools, as well as indoor dining for 6 plus a high chair.

The spacious living room features sitting for 6 in a plush leather set, a 55” LED smart TV with cable and access to all streaming services (so you can use your own account), books, magazines, card decks and and a Bluetooth speaker for your entertainment. You will also find coloring books, crayons and games/puzzles for the little ones. For adults, a pool table is located right of the living room with a waterfront view.

The dedicated workspace area includes a desk with wireless printing and USB-C / USB-A charging..

Guests have access to all the spaces described above and THREE (3) parking spaces on the driveway. If you have visitors, there’s an extra parking space for a total of 4. No more than 4 cars are allowed on the driveway at any time, per City regulations.
The entrance to the property is exclusively through the front door. The side fence gates are exclusively for use of our maintenance people.

Property managers Juan and Bob live just 1 block away and are available in case of an emergency, just send us a message through Airbnb and we’ll get right back to you as soon as we can.

Coral Estates is a very quiet residential neighborhood in Wilton Manors built in the 50’s. Our street (18th Ave) is a dead-end and very quiet. We’re 1 block away from 26th St, which has higher traffic, so while we’re close to everything, we’re far enough that there’s absolutely NO traffic noise in the house..
We have a Publix at 0.6 miles if you want to buy groceries, and a TON of wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and bars within 1-2 miles. We’ve compiled a list of our favorite spots in the House Manual that you’ll find when you check-in.
We also have a Walgreens, CVS and a Starbucks just 0.2 miles away.

The Ft. Lauderdale - Hollywood Airport (FLL) is less than 8 miles away, a 15-30 minute drive.

Port Everglades is 12 miles away, about a 20 minute drive.

Miami International is 34 miles away, about 50 minutes (heavy traffic route, so give yourself enough time). If you need pickup/dropoff, we can do it for $40 to/from FLL or Port Everglades, and $70 to/from MIA (includes tolls), if we’re available.

Las Olas, the most famous street in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale, is about 3.3 miles, aprox. a 15 minute drive from the house.

Most places you’ll want to visit in the area are withing walking distance. 26th St turns into Wilton Drive, the main strip of Wilton Manors, is only 0.6 miles away, with the most popular dining and entertainment places being not farther than 1 mile from the house.

Both Uber and Lyft are pretty popular in our area. Please don’t drink and drive, ride-sharing is very cheap because of the short distances.

PET POLICY: We allow up to 2 dogs of no more than 15lbs each. Must be potty-trained. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $200 for the whole stay, added to your reservation cost after you book. Please check with us first before bringing your pets, and make sure the pet fee is paid in advance.

AGE REQUIREMENT: The booking guest needs to be over 21 years old. For young adult groups booking during holidays or Summer, we reserve the right to decline if not all guests are above 21. This doesn’t apply to family groups with kids.

POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING: The target temperature for the pool will be set at 88F and 103F for the hot tub. Please be aware water temperature may be affected by outside conditions (cold temperatures, rain, etc.). We are not able to make adjustments to the temperature mid-stay. Instructions on how to operate the hot tub can be found in the House Manual upon check-in.

CANCELATION: If you cancel your booking and we have to give you a refund per the cancelation policy, we will refund our portion (not the commission / service fee VRBO charged you) MINUS the transaction costs we were charged by the credit card processor for the initial charge (aprox. 5%).
- No more than 6 guests can sleep in the house at any time. This is strictly enforced by us, the neighbors and the local authorities.

- The maximum number of people gathered in the property at any time is 9. This is a City regulation and it’s strongly enforced by us, neighbors and our local police. NO PARTIES or EVENTS.

- No more than 4 cars in the driveway, per City regulations.

- Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am

- No guests under 21, unless with their parents.

- Pets have to be cleared with us before your arrival. We need to approve their breed and weight (limit applies), and you have to pay the $150 pet fee PRIOR to arrival.

- To use the kayaks, you will be required to fill out a waiver form, take a photo of it, and send the photo to us via app for our records before you get access to the keys that unlock the kayaks.

    This is a wonderful home with a private pool and spa area surrounded be greenery but also has a patio area with a great water view. Having the pool table was a bonus we enjoyed in the evenings. Bob and Juan were very attentive to our needs.

    The house was as listed. The location was close to all kinds of shopping, dining, beaches, etc. A water taxi stop was also nearby. The house was clean and spacious inside and out. The cookware (Teflon) needs updating and we had one plastic bowl for outdoor food/snacks. A tea pot would be nice too. Pool was smaller than expected from the aerial photo. King beds were not very comfortable, didn’t use the queen bed. Good for travelling with family, couples or friends.

    We were pleased with the property! It was as described and pictured. Communication with Juan and Bob was always easy - they were quick to respond. House is conveniently located to grocery, restaurants, and only a short drive to the beach. Our only complaint was weather-related, as our stay was during the 1 in 1000 year rainfall event in Fort Lauderdale. Up to 30 inches of rain in a 12 hour period! Just our luck! Thankfully we had nice property in which to stay dry!

    Hosts were great.. this is a simple house with a great location (nice street on a canal). However, my husband and I both felt that it was a little overpriced when considering value for money.

    We had a lovely stay at this wonderful retreat. The water view was great, we enjoyed the kayaks and pool. Interior was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

    We had a fun time and the house was very clean. Communication was great - we had a plumbing issue and they were very quick to call the plumber and have it repaired. The kayaks are great fun also.
