Gorgeous Pinehurst No 6 Home w/ Two Patios!

Great place to stay defiantly go again

House is very well stocked the kitchen has everything you could possibly need which isn’t always the case with rentals. It was also very clean and in a great neighborhood. Whether you are traveling with your family or for a golf trip, having four bedrooms with king size beds was awesome. It was our first visit to Pinehurst area and will look if this listing is available if we travel back in the future.

The house is ideally situated near Pinehurst golf and accessible to CHP for horse riding. The lovely home is in a peaceful environment, is well stocked, spacious and comfortable for our group.

This home is beautiful and comfortable and spotlessly clean. It also is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. One of the top places you could choose. Plus a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to restaurants and golf and shopping. Hope to be back!

Two of my friends and I decided to take a three day vacation to enjoy the Pinehurst area. Mainly the shopping, seeing historical properties, and enjoying the mini fine restaurants. We wanted a home that had a bedroom and bath for each of us in a quiet neighborhood. We hit the jackpot with 20 Kingswood Circle. And can’t wait go back there.

Property was excellent, only wish the outdoor furniture had been cleaned before we arrived, as we were unable to enjoy the outdoors because of the pollen that was on all of the furniture

It was a great stay

This house was perfect for our group of four golfers. The location was ideal for golfing in the Pinehurst and Southern Pines area. We each had our own bedroom and two had their own bathroom. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies (towels, soap, TP, dishes, glasses, etc.). The check-in and check-out process was super easy. We had absolutely Zero issues. I recommend both the company, Evolve, and this house in particular.

We had an awesome weekend celebrating my husbands 50th with our 5 children! So special - the house is beautiful, set in a lovely neighborhood with every household item you could need! We were the perfect distance to shopping in Pinehurst, playing golf, strolling through the farmers market in Southern Pines. Thank you!

Family golf vacation after years of planning always fell short. House is perfectly located. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Vary comfy and great back patio. Well equipped home would recommend to anyone staying in the Pinehurst area.

House was perfect for our foursome, exactly as described.

This house was just as described. Very nice neighborhood. Plenty of towels and kitchen was well equipped. 3 beds and two baths downstairs and a large bedroom with bath upstairs. Kitchen table seats 4 with a bar that can seat 4 more. Long driveway handles 3 cars. Short drive to the Village of Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Two outlets in the hall bath did not work. All bathrooms were updated and very clean. One patio was very comfortable. Could use more seating. The side patio is really not one that would be used to relax. More of a slab to get to the back door. The local rep was great to work with always Wilton answer my questions. The only downside was having to pay VRBO fees on top of Evole fees. Overall, this house is great and I recommend to anyone
