Please note the pool is closed from April 19, 2026 through May 22, 2026 and from September 14, 2025 through November 21, 2025 for seasonal maintenance.

    Loved the check in desk lady super amazing friendly and accommodating… house was clean and comfy only bad thing was that the jacuzzi was covered in snow as well as the patio. It was not shoveled.

    We took our kids to Breck for the week of Xmas for western skiing! With kids 4-10, the proximity to lessons was absolutely key! Just a one block walk. It was excellent to have the hot tub at the end of a long day of skiing.

    Very good location. Easy walk to chairlift and easy walk to downtown. The place was clean and plenty of extra pillows and bedding. Hot tub was great.

    Our stay in Breck was great, and we could easily get to Peak 9 in a few minute’s walk from the property. The private hot tub was amazing after a long day on the slopes. Getting downtown and back was fairly seamless as well. Great location. I gave this property a 4/5 because I expected better finishes in the home for the price (i.e., the master bathroom toilet paper holder was coming off of the wall, the dining room seat covers were dirty, the carpet could use a cleaning, the master bathroom hairdryer did not work). Furthermore, I would’ve expected some amenities such as coffee grounds, shampoo, and conditioner, again, for the price we payed to stay.

    The garage door did not work and, even though we made several calls to get it repaired, it never was. The furniture and mattresses are tired and old. The carpet is old and stained. The toilets did not flush well (had to hold the handle down). The blow dryer did not work. I made an attempt to speak to management but they never returned my call. I physically stopped in to the Breck location and they could/would not help.
