Stayed Jul 10, 2025We had a lovely stay. Our host was very helpful to us and it’s a lovely piece of property. The selling point is the wonderful river and swim hole that is on his property. our family of nine had a wonderful time together. Hopefully we will be back.

Stayed Sep 5, 2024Property is older but has everything you need. The swimming hole was neat. Loved the wildlife around the property. Close enough to town but still secluded. Easy access to Yosemite. Made some good memories there.

Stayed Aug 8, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed the property, especially the river in this heat!! Plenty of sleeping area for 11 adults and a toddler! Towels and washcloths were few, but plenty of pillow and extra blankets for everyone. We saw zero bears even with the active bear warning in area. Thanks again

Stayed Jul 6, 2023Issue with mice droppings, bat nest outside the game room and bed bug bites. The location of this place is amazing, however, there is a pest issue, it has been a couple of months with no resolution. If you take it as a location to use the outside such a swimming hole is great! Hope to get the attention needed to solve this open inquiry.

Stayed Jun 2, 2023This beautiful house is the perfectly peaceful family style stay that we where looking for. There was plenty of indoor space and gorgeous, endless outdoor space. This is the definition of a hidden gem. It was our first time visiting and it exceeded our expectations more than we could’ve imagined. It’s about a 20 min drive to the South Gate entrance of YNP, and there is a VONs nearby. I recommend arriving with groceries and how ever many gallon water jugs you need. As always respect the neighbors and leave no trace. Enjoy!!

Stayed Apr 6, 2023Warning: Home is dirty, deteriorating & potentially dangerous. *Extensive exterior siding wood rotting*No smoke detector in kitchen*Dirty oven*Water leaks in master & guest house bathroom*Mice droppings found in sofa bed*Dirty everywhere*Trash found in cabinets/inside furniture* No railing on guest house deck* During stay contacted owner & prop mgr - they didn't seem concerned with home's condition.
