Stayed Jun 28, 2025This was an incredible house in Sea Pines, close to the beach (one mile bike ride on path only crossing one major road), close to the Nature Preserve, and remarkable on its own. We had 4 families stay here with us and everyone was comfortable. There are two distinct living rooms in the main house, and a connected/yet separate apartment we utilized for the kids space. The size of this house really allowed for everyone to have private space. The furniture and setup were perfect! I have to specifically call out the ice maker and beverage fridge. Incredible! The pool was a nice retreat. Very private and functional. It went from about 3 feet in the shallow end to 5 feet in the deep end. I’d strongly encourage anyone interested in a private, spectacular home in Sea Pines consider this property. One last note, the property management company was top notch. I was in constant contact with John, sharing our adventures and he was always quick to provide suggestions. We had a few minor things pop up during our stay and he was awesome in addressing the issues quickly. To be clear nothing that was major, just normal house stuff. Kudos for doing such a great job with this property. Thanks.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025The house was amazing and a perfect place for our family vacation! The house was beautifully appointed and well stocked! It was just a short bike ride to the beach, Harbor Town and other locations! The property manager was excellent to work with and so helpful! Loved that each of the bedrooms had a king size bed and en-suite bath! We are already thinking of staying again with a group of friends for a getaway next year!

Stayed Jun 7, 2025This is an amazing home inside and out. A short bike ride to the beach the house had plenty of room for our guests. Each room had their own bath and the mother in law suite above the garage was a great spot. We love the Sea Pines area and love riding bikes early in the mornings and late in the evenings. The nature preserve is literally right across the street where you can see lots of wildlife. The beach is about a 5 minute bike ride to the beach so be sure to rent those for your stay and have beach chairs that you can wear on your back. The house has everything you can ask for and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The ice maker especially comes in handy! We couldn’t have been more impressed with this home and hope to be back again.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024This house was perfect for our group of 8, ages 8-91. Everyone had their own en suite room, kitchen is well stocked, pool is awesome. The house was so clean, and John was great to work with, quickly responding to any question or issue and always professional. Sea Pines location was great- if it had been just a little closer walk to beach, it would be five star all the way. We had a wonderful week in this home!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024We recently stayed at 1 Rice Lane through VRBO and could not have had a more perfect experience. The house is stunning, with immaculate finishes and careful attention to detail in the design. The screened-in porch was a favorite spot for hanging out during our stay, and the pool and spa area exceeded our expectations in terms of size and luxury. The location of the house is ideal, just a quick bike ride from the beach or a short walk away. We had 12 people in our group and we never felt crowded thanks to the spacious layout of the house. Each family had their own designated hangout spaces when needed, making for a comfortable and relaxing vacation experience. We highly recommend JKS Abbott Group for their exceptional customer service, the property manger was awesome! We had a small hiccup with spa heat and he quickly fixed it for us. Overall, we highly recommend this property for anyone looking to rent in Sea Pines. The attention to detail in the design and finishes of the house, combined with its convenient location and ample amenities, make it a perfect choice for a group getaway. We can't wait to return!
