Gorgeous Mtn Home! views, easy access, hottub, close to all. Pets-hypo only

From the time we chose Deb’s property the process was seamless. She was wonderful communicating with us, always responding in a timely fashion. We arrived to a basket of goodies and a house that pictures do not do justice. Everything you could want was there…from a beautiful kitchen, to spacious bedrooms, and lots of great places to congregate. The most amazing thing about this property was the view, just spectacular! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return…it was truly a little bit of heaven on earth.

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful, comfortable and has sensational views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen is very well equipped. The master bedroom and bathroom felt like the utmost level of luxury. The house could easily accommodate a large extended family or families traveling together. We'd love to come again!

Beautiful house, terrific location for access to Stowe and Waterbury. We received early property access which helped us settle in quickly. We received a nice welcome basket with an extensive information book and a variety of local snacks and flavors. Game closet was equipped with a stockpile of family games. Just so you’re aware if you are traveling in the summer, some days can be hot, as ours was. Like many New England properties there is no central air conditioning, and common areas are extremely warm and no portable fans were provided. The bedrooms are cooled with window units which is helpful.Homeowner may have been on property while we were there (which is not allowed with VRBO), but stayed out of sight.

We have done a few family vacations with VRBO. We have to say this is the house that has given each of us the private places to gather. It is so well set up for diverse ages and desires. Even our 16 year old could have her evening baking time because all the tools were there! And the area offers something for everyone. Some did off roading. Others explored the area history or just hiked and explored. And our host was so gracious and helpful. Perfect family place.

Deb and Phil's home may be the finest vacation home we've ever visited. Absolutely beautiful inside and out, the setting and siting idyllic, wonderfully equipped. Our hosts were helpful when needed and otherwise unseen. An absolutely delightful stay!

Everything about this property epitomizes Stowe - the beautiful views of the mountains, the comfort and amenities of the kitchen, all of the bedrooms, the relaxation of the hot tub after a long day of skiing, and the friendliest host around. Can’t say enough about this house. Perfect for our family vacation. 6 adults and 3 children and we were all very comfortable. Views and outdoor spaces were incredible. Perfect location with a short drive to downtown Stowe and still close to Waterbury as well. Deb was a great host making us welcome and prompt and courteous with any questions. Made our stay even that much more enjoyable. Would definitely rent this home again.

Our 3-generation family loved this property. The kids immediately fell in love with the backyard playground, the foosball table, and air hockey. The cooks were delighted to find every kitchen tool and appliance, including plastic storage containers for any leftovers. There were plenty of places for adults to hide when the kids got too noisy. Our five year-old suggests you be sure to check out the hot seat on the potty in the master bathroom! [I'm sure it is a big plus in the winter time.] The hosts provided lots of information about the local area, including shortcuts to avoid high traffic areas. Deb was very responsive to our questions. The home was warm and comfortable and it definitely felt like our home away from home. We would definitely stay there again.
