Gorgeous Mountain Views, peaceful retreat with Hot Tub, Fenced Yard & Huge Deck!

Shanna had everything in good order (binder of information on the kitchen counter, easy check-in process, good communication). - Great instant hot water - Clean house - Great amenities - Great guest appeal (faucets, showerhead, decorations) - Good value

Great property north of Anchorage. Everything was as pictured and the host communication was great. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of five adults. We didn't use the hot tub, but did enjoy sitting on the spacious deck. Close to a Walmart for groceries. We very much enjoyed our time at this cozy home.

This house was an amazingly peaceful part of our trip. We really appreciated a smooth check in and check out. It was in a great neighborhood and a nice break from chaotic anchorage. I highly recommend this rental for any family.

My wife and I plus our four adult kids stayed here. We loved the property and enjoyed the hot tub each night. We used this as our homebase as we did day trips each direction from Eagle River. I would highly recommend. Everything with the property went as we had hoped.

The home is exactly as described. It is clean and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with the basics. The host is extremely responsive and gives easy and clear instructions. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the lovely back porch with hot tub and grill. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable spot

My mother and I came up and stayed here. My mother is not very mobile so this single floor home worker perfectly. We couldn't ask for much more! The back yard is large and the deck is beautiful. Unfortunately, we were too busy to utilize the hot tub, but we utilized everything else. Highly recommended.

Everything was clean, well maintained and welcoming. It was a wonderful visit, with beautiful views of the mountains!

Everything went well. Couldn’t find trash box for the outside. Took trash with me which wasn’t a problem. Suggestion to give thicker blankets for bedrooms in winter months. Other than that overall enjoyed the stay. Plan on staying there for next years bowling tournament

this place was quaint and clean and in a good neighborhood. close to stores and shopping. cooking supplies were good for our family. enjoyed the hot tub and fire place !

We used to live in Eagle River and my mom moved away 8 years ago so was coming back for high school reunion but wanted to stay in Eagle River, not Anchorage so my mom could see her friends since she wasn’t driving. House was perfect and location was great. We had a wonderful return trip to where I grew up and a lot had to do with the accommodations. Thank you to Shanna.
