Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Annual Girl trip was awesome with the stay at this location! The house was perfect and would recommend for anyone who wants a house that is beautiful and very accommodating! The management team also very friendly and accommodating as well! We all loved it!
We loved everything about this place. We'll definitely be back! The owners were awesome!!! Such a beautiful place to stay! We miss it already!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
My family loved our stay while visiting the Black Hills. The location of the house had a wonderful deck that overlooked Hill City and many beautiful sunrises. My kids loved the deer that visited below every night. House was very clean and there was very little we had to do when checking out of the house. We will definitely be coming back!
This property looks over Hill City, a 5 minute walk on to Main Street. It's clean, well-maintained, and the check-in / check-out procedure was remarkably easy. Plenty of space on both levels, the deck provided a great view of the sunrise. I have stayed at several properties in Deadwood, Hill City, and Custer, and this spot is particularly solid. Highly recommend.
The house was lovely and very comfortable. All attractions in the Black hills were easy to get to. Our family had a wonderful time. Thank you
Close to everything. Clean, quiet, plenty of room for our 4 grands and us. We had a perfect vacation! Thank you!!
This property is absolutely beautiful. The deck overlooking hill city was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. There was a family of deer that wondered around the property. The house was perfect for our family and we had an amazing stay. Highly recommend the pizza place at the bottom of the hill, food was delicious!
The cleanliness was top notch, and the entire place was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful view, great location, and nice and quiet! Highly recommend!
My family enjoyed this beautiful home during our stay in Hill City. We made great use of the wonderful deck that overlooked the city and the train depot! The house is clean, spacious, well maintained and is in an ideal spot for exploring Hill City. It is an easy walk to downtown; and we found a wonderful coffee shop just down the hill behind the house. A perfect respite in the Black Hills!
We are a family of 6 adults. We had a very nice stay. Large LL family room was a hit. Newer home with all the amenities. Very close to lots of Black Hills attractions and hikes. Would stay here again.
This house was in a perfect location to enjoy all the activities that we were interested in seeing and doing. House was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. Communication was great.
We had a great stay at this beautiful home overlooking downtown Hill City. 3 bedrooms for 3 couples and plenty of room to spread out. We would stay again in a heartbeat ?
This house is nicer than the pictures even show. The location was just right- close to a grocery store, the main street, the quilt show and more. The views from the deck were wonderful - the city lights sparkled at night, the 1880 train entertained us and the Black Hills were a perfect backdrop. The house was clean, the kitchen table was very large and lovely and the beds were very comfortable. We 3 sisters had a wonderful time attending the Hill City Quilt Show and then using the dining table as our personal sewing center.
This property overlooks Hill City and it was great for an early morning with a cup of coffee and a book on the deck, watching the sunrise! A huge family room in the basement had enough room for my youngest to burn off energy. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay there again!
This is a great place if you are looking for some place to gather a larger group with all the modem conveniences of home
This was a great place! We stayed in Hill City because of its location to all of the Black Hills attractions. This house was perfect. The check-in and out was very clear and thorough. Our family would definitely stay here again!
This was a great property for our 3 generations. Clean and spacious, comfortable beds. The grandparents enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the train while the younger ones explored the town. Convenient location to most attractions in the Black Hills.
Property was great - Pictures represent it well. Super clean, perfect location in the central hills. Worked well for us with parents, a 3 year old, and grandparents.
We enjoyed the space and view of the rental. We stayed a few days to explore the Black Hills. Loved having a garage. Wonderful dinner at Alpine Inn, just get there early!
The house was very clean. The view of Hill City was amazing from the deck. We loved the location.
We love Hill City and we loved this property. Kim and Marcia are doing a great job of managing this well maintained and beautiful property. Kitchen was well stocked and convenient for preparing almost all the meals we consumed on this trip. The view of downtown Hill City is amazing. It would be hard to top this in any other vacation rental in HC. Thanks for a great stay and great memories made in Hill City!
Cabin was awesome - comfortable, clean, great location. Thanks!
We were a family of 6, ranging in ages from 3 to 69. We were stopping in the Badlands for a few days on our way to Yellowstone and are so thankful we found this property. Hill City had everything we needed and the property was an easy walk to the grocery store and area restaurants. The house looked even better than the pictures. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again if we returned to Hill City.
