Gorgeous Luxury Home, Panoramic Mountain View!

I do not normally write reviews and I’m reluctant to write this one because I’m afraid you, the reader, will have booked this home the next time I want to. This is a fantastic property - maybe the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with many modern conveniences. The location for skiing at Stowe or hanging out in town is amazing. It easily accommodated a group with adults and kids spanning all ages and gave everyone plenty of space. A great choice for a Stowe home base. Will definitely look to stay again!

To begin, the pictures do not do this magnificent property justice. The jaw dropping beauty of both the interior and the grounds of the property envelope you as soon as you enter the premises. Somehow, the owner has managed to create a space that is modern, elegant, and completely cozy all at once. From the stunning fixtures to the subzero and viking appliances to the amenities, every inch of the house is both welcoming and the height of luxury. The bedrooms are all complete with the most comfortable beds and bedding, with a view over the breathtaking pastures and mountain range in the distance. To wake up to such beauty immediately puts a smile on your face. After adventures in Stowe-just a few miles away-from hiking to shopping in the postcard picture New England town, we were eager to get back to the house to build a fire in the great room and chat. And then move to the screening room for a movie, followed by pool and ping pong in the adjoining room. The home is made complete with stunning photographs by the owner. The majestic prints are for sale and we all chose our favorites-I'll be for sure ordering the fabulous cow portrait for my own home. Although we were too early for skiing, the house is fully equipped for a winter fun. From boot driers to ski storage to endless space beyond the house for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking. For downhill-it's a short drive to the mountain!
