Stayed Dec 30, 2025The place was perfect for all 3 generations of our family. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. However, I would add that the owner needs to be more clear in the description amenities. The fireplace and hot tub are inoperable. This didn’t ruin our stay but had I known, I would have booked elsewhere.

Stayed Dec 4, 2025Very nice/clean condo. Large sized, well appointed rooms. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Located right on the boardwalk so getting out for a stroll was easy. Great communication with the owner. Any questions we had were quickly answered.

Convenient parking. Linens and towels included. Spacious condo. Communication from start to end with host a solid 10! Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025The fridge didn’t work, had put a small fridge in unit before we got there knowing the full size didn’t work but acted so surprised when telling them, so not enough room for groceries for a week and I had seven grandbabies to one year-old a three-year-old a four-year-old a nine-year-old 10 year-old and 11 year-old and could not keep the food that we need it for a weekno ice maker that was said and to top it all off before me knowing it didn’t work they had a maintenance look at it to look good on them, they water and ice dispenser had mold and mildew all in it, the whole unit had mold and mildew ceilings air vents the air conditioner didn’t work correctly. It was so hot condensation everywhere. The only thing I enjoyed about the whole place. It was very big and spacious. Paid a lot of money and even ask could they make it right for me needless to say this was on a Friday. Fourth of July completely understand but Monday morning you think they could’ve made it right not at all.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Six adult family members met here for a birthday celebration. It was the perfect home and location for our family. The layout is perfect, spacious, giving everyone their own space -- never feeling crowded. The outside area, although the pool was closed because it was November, added extra hang out space, which was awesome. The beach sunrises were awesome -- a short walk, out the back door, over the boardwalk to walk/sit on the beach was also awesome. There are fairly nice restaurants a couple blocks in either direction, so you never really need to get back in a car... The home has pretty much everything one will need. Although, it's truly a beach home -- it could use a bit of sprucing up, but everything was in working order. We would stay again, for sure.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024This was a great place to stay, had plenty of room, wondeful location and very easy to access from pool, ocean and boardwalk. Only issue was the sliding door and one of the mattress was very uncomfortable but we would definately stay here again!

Stayed May 23, 2024We stayed here with our kids 9, 8, 3, & 1, along with my parents. It was a wonderful place. The location and private parking was very conveient. There is a decent pool that the kids enjoyed. All the amentities in the house were great. It was very very family friendly, especially with all my kids. Communication with the owners were great. They were very accommodating. The only downside of this place is that some of the things in the house like toilet paper holder or towel holder was loose. Other than that, it was great! We will for sure be back. Highly recommended.
