Gorgeous House With Large Private Pool

Good location to the beach, TimMet us at the house for a tour, kitchen well equipped for our cooking needs.

Every thing was great at this property. Great location.

House comfortably fit our whole family. We particularly liked the private first floor suite for the family with the baby. It made formula prepping for middle of the night feedings so easy. Great location to the beach. Pool was perfect

We had a total of 5 adult friends. So high on our list was a rental that had 5 bedrooms and at least 3 bathrooms. This rental had 5/4. We loved the size of the house and the roominess that we all felt when inside. The very large pool in the backyard with outside shower was perfect. After a very short walk to the beach, we would then return and enjoy the large swimming pool. In the evening many of us would also enjoy the hot tub that was on the second floor deck. The beds were all comfortable and furnishings were very adequate. But I think the biggest plus to this rental was its location. So very close to the beach on the Gulf side. No crossing any busy streets and close to many restaurants and boat tours. Everyone in our party commented that it was the perfect house, location, and Pensacola white sand beaches was magnificent. The rental owner was very responsive to any messages and came over to answer any questions we had about the rental.

Location is awesome! Pool is great and you are so close to the beach. Great to find a place that is kid and pet friendly. We got to meet the owner Tim whom was lovely! The only issue was the master shower was having an issue leaking, which Tim was trying to work on. We had a great time and would definitely come back again!

Great property-Easy to communicate with the owner.

Termites swarming, coming out of holes in walls in several rooms. The owner came over ASAP and was very apologetic (Formosa termites are widespread serious problem in the area); immediately setting to work cleaning up and putting out pesticide. We were not able to stay in the house and he worked with us and VRBO to process the cancellation and refund expeditiously.

The house was big enough so the 12 - 14 weren't on top of each other. The location was close enough to the beach and the pool was a great amenity for when we didn't go to the beach. The house isn't really in walking distance to the main attractions but that was fine for us since this trip was all about just being with family. We did utilize Island Breeze Carts (850-565-9532) when we needed to get somewhere which was nice.

The house was a perfect fit for our crew. The downstairs space was perfect for the kids to stay in and be by themselves. Walking distance to the fabulous beach and more than enough room for us all to have a bed and our own space.

They are replacing the deck and it looks very nice, and the rest of the home is better than inspected from the pictures. The master suite is enormous and all showers, especially the master are GORGEOUS. The pool deep end is 6 feet which is hard to find. The pool was sooo much fun. We could just push the gate and go down the path to the beautiful white sand beach of the Gulf.

I would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our trip immensely. The house was large enough so we all had our own bedroom and bathroom, and that was a great plus. The location to the beach was awesome too; only a few minutes walk. The pool was a wonderful way to relax after the beach too. There were plenty of floats, chairs, and toys at the house to use. We love this area and come back every year. This house is a great price for everything that is included. Highly recommend.

Lovely home with tons of room for everyone, perfect location just a short walk out back and you are on the beach which was never crowded all week!! Large private pool right in the back yard for family fun, volleyball on the side of the house, gas grill on the deck. The trolley stop is just one block up the street we used it a lot instead of driving everywhere in the evenings!! The home itself is lovely, and very comfy. The host Tim is a great guy who goes out of his way to make sure your vacation is a great one!! We will be back yearly, thank you again Tim!!

The house was perfect size for our bunch. Everyone had their own space. The pool was used more than any of us thought it would. The owner was very easy to work with! It is a little bit farther down than we typically do but with use of trolley and golf carts it was perfect.

Nice 5 bedroom, easy walk to beach and great pool. Owner responded fairly promptly to issues. Home has everything needed for a family stay including toys and a toddler bed. WiFi was not reliable so just plan on using your mobile hotspot. We would stay in this home again.

The location was perfect the house was setup very nice. We had an issue with the air part way through the week but was resolved quickly with one phone call. Would definitely recommend !

We were not completely impressed with our stay. We ran into a couple of unforeseen issues (ex. Termite infestation, owner unresponsive for 12-24 hours two different times when we had major problems, AC went out in lower level. After most of the time had passed he offered to come fix, both times were late at night. We were majority inconvenienced. We were reimbursed only for one night and the cleaning fee. But most of our time there was spent uncomfortable and cleaning. The house is in need of repairs and upkeep that has been bandaged together. Splinter from decking handrail, no handrails in pool for kids and older adults to get out. Black mold in wood under leaking hot tub. Algae in pool that we had to clean ourselves. We believe good intentions are there, but our expectations and the experience were very let down.

We throughly enjoyed this home! Very spacious, clean and VERY close walking access to the beach!

What a lovely home- enjoyed the beautiful great room- dining room living room kitchen with elevated ceilings and large windows- so much light. Kitchen well-stocked, plenty of towels everything we needed.Beds comfy. Plenty of hot water. Conveniently close to the Gulf too- we loved that! We loved the hot tub and enjoyed the huge pool., the deck is nice but will need updates in the future ( replace rails- they are secure but wobbly). Tim was quick to respond to any concerns we had. Thank you for a great stay!
