This beautiful new dog-friendly, elevated island beach home with a brand new private pool is ideally located on the quiet West end of the island near the Intracoastal Waterway. The atmosphere here is always Island time, allowing you to avoid the hustle and bustle of main roads and traffic. This is the perfect vacation spot for your family and friends to enjoy! The home features an open floor plan with multiple areas to relax, including the main room and kitchen, as well as a screened-in back porch and adjoining open deck where you can sip your morning coffee while listening to the birds. On beautiful summer days, grab your swimsuit and enjoy a day by the pool, floating away your worries. There is also an outdoor covered seating area with a large flat-screen TV nestled under the house that comfortably seats up to 6 people to watch their favorite TV shows and enjoy their go-to beverage. With these two living areas, there's plenty of space for everyone. The 3 bedrooms are conveniently located directly off the main room and kitchen. Beach access is a quick 5-minute drive away (15 minutes by golf cart) , and you can easily get there using the new complimentary 6-person golf cart provided as part of the rental. This home is dog-friendly, so your furry family members can join you on your fun and sun-filled vacation.

The pool can be heated for $65 per night but must be heated for your entire stay you can’t pick specific days. We need to know at least 48 hours before check-in if you want it heated.

The heating fee is NOT automatically included in your booking and will be charged separately. Pool is not serviced weekly for cleaning in the off season.

On January 10th, 2023, the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day, and $80 per week.

Linens & bath towels are included for free in the reservation

Must be 21 years or older to operate the golf cart. Prior to receiving the keys, 2 people must provide their license and signature after reading the rules & laws for OKI. We will also do a video walkthrough of the golf cart to ensure you understand how to properly operate the vehicle. This is required to get the keys.

Security Camera Disclosure: This home is equipped with (3) EXTERNAL ONLY Security Cameras. They may be used in the event of an accident or emergency. Camera Locations: Front porch facing the stairs, parking garage facing the street, and the back of the home facing the yard.

No diving or running around the pool. Anyone under 16 must have constant adult supervision when in or around the pool area. Dogs are NOT allowed in the pool water.



Pet Policy:

We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately. A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.

Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.
