This property is nestled on a plot of 1,400 m2, which consists of a well-maintained garden and lawn. Next to the house there is a garage of 58 m2 for 2 vehicles. The first floor comprises a large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen,pantry and 2 bedrooms with bathrooms. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From the living room, guests can easily access the pool area and our private pool (40 m2). Upstairs bedrooms and the pool area offer stunning sea views, allowing you to enjoy the pool and contemplate the olive groves and the Mediterranean Sea beyond.
