Villa Maxima Agri is located on the old Roman road Decumanus Maximus agri which in it's past connected Poreč with central Istria from whom this villa owes its name.

The villa is located in the village Filipini, 7 km from Porec and the sea. Villa Maxima Agri in the past was a part of the property of the count Giorgio Filippi's castle which name carries the village Filipini. The house is tastefully furnished with lot's of designer details offering its guests a unique experience andcomfort.

Villa Maxima Agri on it's lovely enclosed property offers to its guests the following features: heated swimming pool of 40 sqm with salt water with an extra children's pool, two terraces with table and chairs, fireplace for barbecuing, bio-pool, outdoor shower, sunchairs and parasol. Two private parking places are outside the fence of the property.

The villa consists of a ground floor with a spacious living room that continues to the richly equipped kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom with private bathroom / toilet and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a double room with private shower / toilet, and on the second floor there is one more double room, and a shower / toilet in the hallway.



The back of the house on which Villa Maxima Agri leans is owned by the same owners and no one stays there during the rental period, so the entire yard is available to guests of the house.
