Large accordion doors open to the patio to facilitate the indoor/outdoor Southern California lifestyle. All bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms. The house has lots of windows making it light and bright to enjoy the SoCal sunshine.

This home is very conveniently close to all that Huntington Beach has to offer. Both beach and downtown are a 5-7 minute comfortable walk. Three short blocks to the bustling HB Downtown area with plenty of restaurants and shops. Larger grocery stores, such as Ralph's and Trader Joe's, are about a mile away. The fabulous Pacific City outdoor shopping mall with a gallery of restaurants is fully opened and is less than 10 minute walk.
