Our family of seven 45 year olds and my brother's 2 young adults stayed here for a week over Christmas. This house was perfect for us. It had enough bed and bathrooms for us all to be very comfortable. The kitchen was really well stocked (there were 3 blenders and an electric mixer and crockpot there!), and all of the appliances worked perfectly (though the dishwasher had a 2.5 hour cycle and needs to be replaced!). It is indeed right on the beach, right across the street from some great cafes and a 10 - 15 minute walk from some great local seafood restaurants. There's also a fantastic snack and drink market 3 minutes' walk away and a great liquor store 5 minutes away from that. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor deck thoroughly enjoying the sunrises and sunsets and even seeing dolphins jumping in the gulf multiple times. It's also very close enough to Pensacola and its museums and shops and we crossed the bridges a couple of the days we were there to do tourist things. This house has a great vibe and I highly recommend it!

This property very clean, right on beach. Open and comfortable and overall very nice! Fit our family of 12 perfectly!! Would definitely stay again!!!

It was clean upon arrival Just a few suggestions for the owner , there weren’t really any usable rugs to wipe feet on in front of sliding doors from the deck area. There was water available to rinse feet off but still had to use our beach towels as rugs inside and out of door. If not, too much sand drug in from outside. Also some of the Teflon skillets need to be replaced. They are all scratched up and Teflon pieces were in our food .. the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, etc. and was stocked with everything we needed. There are some nice aluminum pots but no skillets ..Not a deal breaker at all. Just a suggestion. We had plenty of room for everyone and wonderful to be right on beach to walk back and forth to water...lots of memories made We would totally rent this home again....

Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful visit, the only complaints I would have and they’re being picky is the fact it was right beside a public beach access so there was a decent amount of foot traffic around the house most of the day and evening. To be clear there were no issues with anything that created trouble it was just something we didn’t expect. Overall the house was very nice, the evening views were spectacular and it had a great amount of space for comfort.

The area behind the house made for a perfect spot to have the wedding. We were blessed with good weather and all our vendors were fantastic. The Paradise Beach staff was very responsive to our needs. The staff was both friendly and caring. I would highly recommend renting from them. Thanks for making our daughters wedding a great success.

De-Humidifier is noisey & does not do a god job.
