Gorgeous Golf Course Home - Pool And Spa

The inside of the home was fine, although it lacked many necessary products - wash clothes, laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo/soap - items we would not have expected to need to bring, and were not made aware of prior to check in. Seemed like the availability of indoor products consisted of whatever the previous renter left behind. Most disappointing was the entire outside - the photos represent a condition the home was in several years ago, but the outdoor has not been maintained. The pool was unusable due to filthy conditions - including green water and dirt caked on the pool's surface. Pool maintenance was called, as well as the property manager, but neither showed up until the pool maintenance man showed up for his weekly cleaning. He mentioned to us that the pool needed drained to properly clean the pool, and that the shock/chlorine treatment would likely not help due to the poor quality of the water (and he was right, it didn't help), but the owner had turned down the recommendation - said the water was last replaced about 4 years ago, and best practice in Vegas is to replace every 2-3 years. The outdoor furniture is ripped up and in poor condition, and the outdoor grille area appears to receive no routine cleaning, with the entire countertop and grille are caked in grease and dirt. We selected the place based mostly on the outdoor areas, and mentioned to the owner that we felt we were charged for a house that we didn't get to stay at, and owner made no effort to rectify. As-is, the rate is extremely over-priced (20-30%), we could have found much better for the price.

Very nice home

The property itself was very nice. There were several problem areas. It was evident that the outside grounds were not maintained and it was evident that no clean up had been done. There were lawn and pool toys, etc laying most everywhere in the yard. The outside kitchen area was totally not ready for use and had to be cleaned thoroughly. The owners did send a maintenance person who cleaned the outside refrigerator, swept the patio and removed debris and other items from the yard. The inside of the property, while acceptable, was not well maintained. The floors, in particular, were not clean. Perhaps the most significant item was the swimming pool. The pool was totally unusable from Monday when we checked in until afternoon on Thursday. The main reason we rented this property was the swimming pool. It was evident that no real maintenance had been done. There was a heavy slug on the surface of the pool and the bottom of the pool was very dirty with dirt and other objects. The filtration system was apparently not working. The owner did send pool maintenance people. One of the guests owns a pool in Texas and briefed the pool maintenance people on what the problems were. As stated earlier by Thursday afternoon the pool was in pretty good condition and was usable. There was, however, leaks around the pump and filter units that are wasting a lot of water. In these dry times that is not good for overall water conservation. Since the pool area was unusable for three of the seven days I would expect some sort of discount or rebate on the price we paid, I think at least 15 - 20% would be very fair to the owner.

Beds were comfortable, water was hot, very nice kitchen amenities, pool and spa were perfect after hot days of golf. Patio area and outdoor kitchen nice touch but six guys went for uber eats instead. 5 minute cab to strip after cigars and cocktails on the patio. We will be back next year. Thanks for a great stay

I appreciated that I was able to drop my bags off early, and Ivan was very nice. The house is nice, I especially the yard and the pool table! Not far from convention center or the strip so it was easy to grab an Uber whenever we needed to go somewhere.

I have rented through VBRO many times over the years and been more than satisfied with the properties. This was the first property that was in pretty rough condition. Badly in need of paint and dirty throughout the house, dirty light fixtures, dirty air vents & returns, both thick with dust and fuzz, spider webs, tiles missing or falling off the in the pool, plus the pool was dirty as well. Frankly very disappointed. Rose the home owner/rental agent responded quickly and was pleasant to deal with both before and during our stay, but it was certainly not up to the standards of many other homes I have rented over the years and I certainly wouldn't rent it again.

We rented this property as a base in Vegas for our small company of 10 guys while we were attending a conference on the Strip. The accommodations were great - beds/bathrooms enough for all, room to spread out and excellent kitchen/bbq facilities. We even held two meetings using the TVs for presentations - with plenty of room for all for all participants. The house was very clean upon our arrival. Plenty of towels - even for the pool. The property host, Ivan, was terrific. Good location not far from the Strip - easy to get an inexpensive uber/lyft to anywhere we needed to go. Grocery store nearby.

12 adults and kids from all over the country got together for the first time in over 10 years -- and fit into this house perfectly. The room layout, backyard, and kitchen area provided plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. No family arguments, and we all had a very memorable time. The Main Attraction was the Pool. A perfect size for the kids, and the hot tub heated up quickly for a very relaxing time. A large tree on the golf course shaded the yard in the morning and the house shaded it in the afternoon. Perfect hangout for both kids and adults. The Location was perfect combination for us. It is close to the strip, and yet it felt like a secluded neighborhood. Very nice environment on the golf course. The Support was great. It was easy to contact the owners, and there was even a local person that helped us out as needed. The AC broke down on the first day, but it was quickly fixed, and our four day stay was not ruined. Summers in LV are not fun without AC. The Beds were outstanding. High quality mattresses and a good combination of pull out beds to fit all of the families. And the best part - it really felt like Home! Plenty of extra towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, games, cable TV, laundry facilities, outdoor bbq, and all of the little things that made this an easy stay. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay for everyone.

We stayed at this house for 5 days while I was over in Vegas getting married and the place is stunning. Beautiful house with a gorgeous garden and a big pool with hot tub. It's about 5 mins drive from the strip which was no problem for us as we'd hired a car for the duration of our stay. Nine of us stayed here and there was more than enough room and beds for us all. We loved our stay.

Awesome location, the perfect amenities and enough room for all the girls staying here. We had 12 adults and we all had a blast. Definitely considering this spot next year and definitely would recommend.
