Perfectly situated contiguous to the pool area with comfortable seating areas for the entire family. The Great Room boastpanoramic views of the Hualalai Golf Course and ocean beyond. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon toast as the sun sets over the Pacific.

Adjacent to the Great Room is a magnificent Kitchen and Family Room pod. In keeping with the style of the home this core area can be open to the gracious lanais, pool area and outdoor dining table. Contemporary furnishings, sculptures from the East and objects'd art create a tranquil environment as you flow through this unique pod style home.

The Primary Suite located across from the pool, offers a King bed, spacious walk in closet, beautiful golf course views and en-suite bath with both an indoor shower and tropical outdoor shower garden. The Primary Suite pod includes a Guest Suite 1 which offers a Queen day bed, full en-suite bath and private shower garden.

Across the courtyard, towards the entry gate is Guest Suite 2, with a private entrance from the courtyard. This Suite is furnished with two double beds, large walk in closet, en-suite bath with private shower garden.

Guest Suite 4 and Guest Suite 5 are tucked away along a path leading from the main living areas. These suites enjoy privacy from the core of the home and delightful views of the 9th fairway. Guest Suite 4 offers a King bed, walk in closet and en-suite bath with private shower garden while Guest Suite 5 offers a King bed, en-suite bath with an oversized soaking tub and private shower garden.

All Suites are well appointed with elegant furnishings, TVs and security safes. The home is outfitted with a sound system centrally controlled by an iPad. Fully Air-Conditioned for your comfort.

The nighty rental rate includes (2) 4 seater golf carts and (1) 6 seater golf cart for your convenience.

Hualalai Resort is an exclusive, 865-acre oceanfront community located on the renowned Kona-Kohala Coast of Hawaii's Big Island, featuring world-class amenities, state-of-the-art facilities, engaging programming, and luxurious accommodations—including private residences and villas. The acclaimed Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is also located within the resort community.

Daily Resort Fees are not included in the rental rate of your vacation home and are not required to confirm a rental reservation. However, these fees are necessary if you wish to access the Hualalai Resort amenities.Once your reservation is confirmed, we will forward your contact information to the Hualalai Resort. A representative from the Resort will then reach out to you directly to coordinate amenity access and preferences.

Access to Hualalai Resort amenities is available to our residential guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions.
From January 1, 2025, to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests may elect to obtain Resort access for a minimum of two consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate.

The Resort Fees are remitted directly to Hualalai Resort, which operates independently of our company. Consequently, we do not oversee the administration of these fees, resort policies, account charges, or resort reservations.

Opting into Resort access ensures a seamless and elevated experience, granting guests use of the full array of Hualalai’s recreational, wellness, dining, and leisure facilities—making your stay at one of Hawaii’s most prestigious destinations truly exceptional.

Please Note: Special Events at the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort
The annual Chairman's Club at Hualalai Resort will take place from Monday December 1 through Saturday December 6, 2025. This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.
The annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai Resort will take place from January 22-24, 2026. This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.

Island Resort Property Cancellation Policy differs from the options available on VRBO.
Please be advised: Our properties require a three-night reservations deposit which is non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. We then require the remaining rent due and non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in. During Festive Season our properties require a three-night reservations deposit which is non-refundable 120 days prior to check-in. We also require the remaining rent due and non-refundable 120 days prior to check-in.
In the event the reservation is canceled by the Guest for any reason, please be advised that a 5% administrative fee will be withheld from all rental funds received at that time except in the instance of Force Majeure.
