Very clean, comfortable home had everything we needed in a convenient location! Great visit with our son in the Air Force in Anchorage.

This house was perfect for three couples. It was close to town so very convenient. Surprisingly economical for a stay of only two days.

We arrived at the property about 30 minutes past 4:00pm check-in. Grass was being mowed and other property maintenance occurring. I think I spoke to the owner, but there was no welcome, introduction, or explanation. The house did appear to have the items in the listing description. Fortunately we had planned day trips and did not spend much time in the house. The master bathroom was not clean. The floors hadhair and dust accumulation around and on the baseboards. Upon further inspection, it was apparent that cleaning was not the priority. There was remnants of food on the carpet under the dining room table and overall could have been cleaner. Overall, a decent space with amenities, yet there are opportunities for improvements. Most desirable amenity was the air conditioner units that made the place comfortable for sleeping.

There was 6 of us that stayed here for a 2-night stay before our Alaska cruise. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed and plenty of room for all of us. Check in and check out was easy and the host was easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This was a nice place to stay with friends. The showers were nice, the beds were clean. We found left over peanuts and a piece of candy on the floor under the wall heaters. The cleaning crew could do better.

The unit is beautiful, spacious & cozy. The flowers were the perfect touch. Beds comfortable. Plenty of storage. Kitchen supplies/cookware was stocked well. Checkin was quick & fast. Only suggestion is a bigger TV for the living room.

Nice home done up for Christmas too! Close to the downtown area. Clean and fairly spacious. Had a wonderful Thanksgiving there with our son who is stationed here.

The property was perfect for a couple day’s stay before our cruise. Great location and nice outdoor deck. The house was large enough for our group of six with all the amenities.

The property was exactly as promised - clean, quiet, easy to access and comfortable. The house had everything we needed, and the hosts made the check-in and check-out process simple.

1. This place Needs a deep cleaning!!! The piles of dust on the lights and around the rims in the bedroom ?. The kitchen floor has grime built up so thick under the stove, it was disgusting. The worst part… they don’t even want you to wear your shoes in the house. It is not handicap friendly or elderly friendly. Beds are another thing. Soft, or lumpy, you really should have curtains on the clerestory windows. There is an odor as you come in the front door. Double check your code. Ours was messed up. This place needs TLC

The house was modern, clean, and convenient. We really enjoyed the location. Walked to downtown and the waterfront parks.
