Super cool 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home located next to a nature preserve on a very quiet street just 3 short blocks from the great Ditch Plains family/surf beach. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Use your car to drop your gear on the beach and then walk or ride your bike to the beach at your convenience- no hassles with beach permits or cars. Great for kids since many in the area walk to beach on their own. Enjoy evening sunsets on the deck, bonfires on the beach just steps from your house, or cozy up in the private back yard and fire up the fantastic Chiminea for your roasted marshmallows. The home features a luxurious Spa master bath that includes an open air rainhead shower, cast iron jacuzzi tub, heated towel warmer, Dornbracht fixtures, defogged mirror, radiant heat floor, and skylights. The second full bathroom is modern and brand new and features a ceiling rainhead shower, gorgeous tile and custom vanity. Additional private deck off the master bedroom with easy access to the outdoor shower. Large open floor plan on second floor with 12 foot ceilings containing the living and dining areas, chef's kitchen, and three 12 foot sliders with forever views, including a distant ocean vista. The 12 foot sliders access the wraparound outdoor deck containing the teak dining table, the lounge furniture (seating for 8+) and, of course, a Weber Gas Grill. Four bicycles, a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach cooler included. Recent upgrade to furniture reflected in the photos.

A security camera is located at the house entrance for your safety and security.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations permitted with a the refund determined by the proceeds received from a successful re-renting. The greater time to re-rent results in a greater likelihood of success. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance travel expense protection and for medical emergency coverage.     You will not be disappointed - this home is so lovely! Beautiful decor, super clean, all the amenities especially a very nice grill and everything is easy to use. The property manager replies immediately to all messages. The location is relaxing, pretty, short walk to beach. Everything was perfect!

    Can’t recommend this property enough! The house manager as well is amazing- very easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. House is stocked with everything you need. Perfect spot for a family or an older group of friends who want to experience everything MTK has to offer! 10/10 - would rent again in a heartbeat

    We chose the property for its location. Walking distance to Ditch Plains Beach relieves all the driving/parking issues a non EH (East Hampton) resident would face. The house was equipped with salty beach cruisers, chairs, proper wagon, and every beach toy for monstrous sand castles. Ditch is world famous for surf & touts The Ditch Witch; a sweet little food truck you can grab coffee, sandwiches & other healthy snacks from, bonus convenience. The house had a great open floor plan, eat in kitchen, dining room table, wrap around deck & living room area all on the second floor. The yard was spacious & beautifully surrounded by natural landscape creating privacy at tree top level. The sunrise, sunset & nights skies were all enjoyed from the deck, kitchen & living room. All of the bedrooms were minimally furnished with unique but high functioning pieces. The sheets were crisp & the pillows fluffed. A few friends who joined us at the beginning of our stay quickly changed plans to stay a second or third night, hence the name “a week of Thursdays.“

    Beautiful home and convenient 10 minute walk to the beach. Backyard was beautiful. Deer visited the backyard almost every day. The only change I would recommend is to switch out the current sofa for a more comfortable sectional.

    Overall location & home is absolutely amazing! The host was extremely accommodating and easy to contact with any issues we had. He even compensated us with a later check out (which is not very common from my previous experiences). The house had all beach needs besides a cooler and has a range of bikes you can use for all ages and sizes. Great kitchen filled with most cooking equipment you would need and internet worked great. Would recommend and would 100% stay here again.
