This is property is located in the midst of Tucson. Actually 1/2 miles from the Omni Tucson Golf Resort and Spa yet feels like you have gone country in the Sonoran Desert. Yet, you are with-in 3 minutes of groceries, and very close to our favorite restaurants, hiking, and close to I-10 to reaching the rest of Tucson.

The main house has a Mesquite kitchen, designed by the owner, and built by wood craftsman in Mexico. The wood is grown, harvested, and dried and cut on location of the build. It has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths with imported vanities and antique pillars.
The Guest House has 2 bedrooms with a kitchenette, and a custom tiled bath.
Both houses are tied together by a walled courtyard for your pet`s convenience and yours.
The pool was built in March of 2019 with pebble tech finish. Surrounded by a privacy wall with a covered outdoor room for watching the pool activities or relaxing at night under the dimmed outdoor lighting.
There are actually 3 separate outdoor patios, 2 with are covered. One has an outdoor dining table.
Mountain views can be found both in the front and back of the property.
This is a 1.5 acre property for privacy, and some of the largest organ cactus found in Tucson. If you like grapefruit or cumquats, you can enjoy them both on the property when in harvest.
This place has a calming vibe, and I think is our most relaxing property.

This property is located in Horse Country. It feels like you are away from everything, and is actually on a gravel road, yet you are actually 1/2 miles form the Omni Tucson Golf Resort and Spa, as well as 1 mile from groceries and restaurants

The whole Main House, Guest House, Pool area & Patios area available to guests during their stay.

Horse Country. A rural feel, yet located between Marana, and Oro Valley you find some of the best shopping restaurants, hiking and biking. Many neighbors take walks on the roads around the property since it has that isolated country feel.

Over the last 17 yrs my wife and I have put much thought into how we finished this home including custom murals, imported tiles, saltillo flooring, pillars both inside and out, and details that make the feel of the home Southwest.

Property was great. The only major thing is we would suggest either allowing the guests to heat the pool or letting them know that it’s not heated.

The houses are lovely and well decorated. We were in Tucson for a photo shoot and the house is quite dark which made getting ready a challenge, but that is no fault of the property. We had a real issue with giant ants coming in from under the door each evening, but a little bug spray around the perimeter of the doors helped. Beautiful coyotes came to visit the property each morning, which was fun.

Unique and comfortable property. Comfortable beds with lots of space for a good sized group. Enjoyed the pool. Communication for check-in/checkout was great.

Attended a U of A graduation and Had our young adult kids stay in casita and us in the main house .Main house had nice size kitchen but guest bedroom had a noisy ceiling fan , master had a missing smoke detector and an uncovered light on the shower stall. In casita there was a smoke detector just hanging by the wire. More comfy couch in the casita. It’s a great house but needs some touch ups . Pool area was clean warm and enjoyable with built in grill. Had many fake silk plants outside which looked like dead plants which defeats the purpose. Private and cozy area and has potential just needs attention .

My wife, our two dogs and I stayed at Oro Valley House for a week over New Year's. We had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood of similar upscale properties. The exterior is beautifully landscaped, with the back yard including a heated pool (still a little chilly in January) and a hot tub (perhaps a little overdosed with chlorine). There are comfortable outdoor seating and dining areas. The back patio area is enclosed with a wall, enabling dog owners to let their pets out without worries, albeit using care to collect any doggy souvenirs. Finally, the view overlooking Oro Valley is beautiful, particularly at night. The interior of the house offers generous seating areas. Our favorite was the family room off the kitchen, with a gas fireplace--Very cozy in the colder months. The kitchen is adequately equipped, although plates and flatware are the usual hodgepodge found in many rental properties. Beds and baths are well provisioned with linens, soaps, etc. Communication with the rental agency was straightforward, with the only minor glitch in the stay being addressed promptly. Despite some small quibbles, we would be happy to return.

The house was beautiful and wonderfully decorated in the southwest style! It’s in a great location near shopping, groceries, golf and hiking trails. We would highly recommend the house to other couples!

Perfect place to get away. Great views, LOTS of space! Very clean, up-to-date appliances. Kitchen has a ton of room to cook! This place is ALL on one floor, no stairs, so it has great access for everyone! The pool was chilly, but nice!! After breakfast, we let lose in the hot-tub!! I would suggest bringing music/speaker. We used our phone speakers, regretted not bringing the Bluetooth. Has everything else you can think of. Andy, the property manager was very responsive, answered any questions I had. Even though Andy was present and available, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. A true getaway!
