Stayed Feb 12, 2026We LOVED the yellow beach house. It was a very easy 10 min walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was heated with a very nice backyard space to relax in. The house has everything your family needs for the beach and your stay, nothing was lacking. Sondra was very responsive. We felt right at home in this comfy house (comfy beds and comfy couch). We highly recommend staying here.

Excellent communication with Sondra ahead of time and during our visit! I have already recommended the property to coworkers that may visit the area in the future.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024Great location, didn’t have to go far for anything we wanted or needed, even our day trip to Orlando! Plenty of space for the six of us! Beds large enough for teenage siblings to share! Had a fun family game night with games provided by host. We truly felt at home during our stay. Host is great, responds quickly to any questions.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the little yellow beach house. It was such a beautiful and comfortable home with everything you could possibly need. The pool was amazing and we had such a wonderful time just being at the house, that we didn't feel the need to leave very often. We were even able to see two launches right from the backyard! Sondra was so kind. I would highly recommend staying here and hope we can come back again.

Stayed Apr 30, 2024I will tell nothing new if you read previous comments.The house,the pool,communication and everything else was simply perfect for us (family of four) an additional bonus was a rocket launch that could be viewed from the beach (10 minute walk).

Stayed Mar 29, 2024This was our eighth visit to Cocoa Beach and this was the best pool we have had so far. The pool was very warm and had several layers of steps for smaller kids to use. The yard was big and nicely landscaped, particularly around the pool. The house had three big beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. Owner provided useful information to using the property prior to our arrival.
