The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Well maintained.

The host was very welcoming and easy to contact, quick to respond. The space was large enough to accommodate our family and close to the wedding venue we were attending. It was convenient to have a grocery and liquor store close by as well.

We were staying here to accommodate our large family for a family wedding. It was perfect!! Play area for the kids, outside seating to watch the kids and plenty of space for everyone.

Beautiful property. We had the main and guest house so we had plenty of room for the family to spread out and have privacy while also having common areas. The outdoor space is significantly larger than I expected. Nice surprise. Thank you for everything.

Clean property

Very large house to accommodate all of our family who were in town for a wedding. Host was super helpful and easy to communicate with. The house is a great balance of rustic charm while having all the modern updates you would want at a stay.

What a great house!! All of my guest were super excited about the house with all the architecture and the little touches were amazing. The communication with the host was terrific.

We selected this VRBO because it was just minutes from the venue for my son’s wedding. The host was excellent—communicative, gracious, and incredibly understanding. We experienced several unexpected changes due to health issues within our family, and the host remained flexible and supportive throughout. We’re so grateful for their kindness during such an important and hectic time.

Truly enjoyed our stay in this charming & cozy home from the 18th century. Love the unique furniture and decor. Very clean and great location for us as it was close to 285. The grocery store is only a three minute drive from the house. Would definitely stay again.

This place is so beautiful. We all just loved the history of this place. It’s large and very clean, with amazing hot water in the showers. Great family vacation spot.

Very nice stay for a family wedding. Plenty of room!

My family and I stayed here for a family wedding at a nearby venue. We had a wonderful stay and the property was perfect for our family. The house was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.

We were a group of 6 buddies in our mid 60’s that rented the main house as well as the guest house for a golf trip to escape the Northeast winter. Both properties were well kept and immaculately clean and in close proximity to golf courses as well as restaurants. The outdoor space is outstanding with multiple locations to sit outside and enjoy the day or evening. Lori was responsive to any questions we had throughout the stay and went to great lengths to recover a lost cell phone and express mail it back to him. Would highly recommend either property to anyone interested in them singly or together.

The house was our Ready Room (US Navy aircraft carrier space). We met each day at the home-plenty of room and the outside porches were perfect.

We traveled to Jacksonville for a monthly family gathering, which typically includes 14 people. The house was the perfect size as it offered six bedrooms and lots of square footage for everyone to move about. We spent most of our time on the outside deck which wraps around almost the entire house. Everything that you could possibly need for a great stay was at your fingertips. From forks and spoons to pots and pans, towels, blankets, and everything in between could easily be found, thanks to our hostess Laurie for offering such a beautiful and historic venue for us to enjoy.

Home is as pictured. Lori prompt in responses. Parking is an issue if you have four vehicles that are large, but we managed - just have to move vehicles on occasion to get out and around. It was perfect for five sisters and three spouses to reunite and have a fun-filled week. Lori shared a bit of the home’s history with us which was most interesting. I highly recommend booking.

Property was clean and comfortable. Close to grocery stores and restaurants . There were 7 of us staying there and we had plenty of room. There was a problem with the hot water and we messaged the owner they responded back very quickly .

Great property. Host was prompt with any questions and concerns. I wouldn't use the bunk beds for adults. Wish they were separate twin beds. Overall very satisfied and would recommend.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, in a great location. Short distance to supermarket, drug stores, etc... House was stocked with all the needed amenities. I would definitely stay here again.
