The house itself was nice but could have used a little repair here or there but nothing too drastic. The pool was not real clean but not bad, still able to swim in it. The location was great as I was able to fish and crab off the deck in the channel.

The pool wasn’t heated which was a bummer as we couldn’t use it. Also needed to be vacuumed. For a house a block and a half from the beach, one would hope for some beach towels/chairs/umbrellas. Everything else was great!!

We loved our stay at Lakis Oasis! It really is walking distance to the beach. The street is quiet and nice to start a walk or run on. I would go back.

The house was beautiful and had even a few extras that weren't even mentioned in the ad. If I could change one thing, there would be a king size bed in the master.

This property is in a great location. We enjoyed being able to fish off the dock. Property looks to be in the middle of some renovations but was a nice property. We look forward to renting here again with the family.

The online listing was accurate; however, the pool looked much bigger online than it actually was in person. My husband, kids, and I enjoyed the home bc it was in a quiet neighborhood and felt very comfortable, like home in a sense. The one issue we had was the master bedroom opens into the master bath and there was not a privacy door between the two. Location was convenient to the beach so that was surely a plus. Check in and out was easy and convenient...we would frequent this home again!
