Stayed Sep 27, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house and location were great. The last renters left some form of fish in the fridge and was completely unusable as we and the managing partner tried cleaning it but with really no luck. Other than that we would recommend this property to anyone with large gatherings and wanted a nice quiet stay.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Probably the best rental ever!! House was very well stocked...the kitchen has two dishwashers and the bar area has an ice maker, which was a game changer for our family! The house was very clean and well maintained. The only drawback —the bathroom door to the 1st floor Queen room wasn’t able to be locked from inside the bedroom.(doorknob should be swapped so whoever is the bedroom can lock it) Otherwise the most amazing place!! Also, Greg and Gail were wonderful at communicating with us. (Didn’t need their help on anything but have no doubt that would have been quick to remedy any issues) Will rent again!

We enjoyed so much being really close to the water. We had lots of space to move around. Kitchen was very well stocked One of the best things was being out of the main thoroughfare. We will definitely consider this rental again.

We had 9 people and plenty of space. No complaints or issues whatsoever. The house was clean, well equipped and in great shape. The beach access was the best in Fort Morgan we have seen, and Dee Dee was on point making sure we had everything we needed. The only thing I saw wrong was the main bedroom doors to access the balcony were inoperable but wasn’t a concern of ours.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024This house had the best proximity to the beach! It was large and had enough room for our family. The refrigerator freezer went out and Dee Dee was wonderful! She brought us ice to help keep it cool until the next evening when they could get a rental refrigerator brought in. It is a bit dated and needs some work. There was mold in the primary bathroom shower as well as in one of the upstairs bathrooms. The doors to the deck in the primary bedroom were broken and we couldn't use them. That was a bummer. But overall, we had a blast. Again- the proximity to the beach was the absolute best. And Dee Dee was fantastic!
