Gorgeous Beach House Short walk to the beach

We had a great stay . The walk is very close and we appreciate being able to see our teens walk to and from the beach from the outside deck. The area is very peaceful. Having the bikes allowed for some morning rides to the coffee stand up the street in the mornings. The house is well stocked with beach chairs and a wagon as well as plenty of beach towels. Furnishings are all nice and clean. We especially liked the beautiful artwork in the home. We will definitely be back when we come to Navarre. One plus about Navarre, even in high season we had little to no wait for any of the waterfront restaurants at night, for a party of 9. Thanks for opening your beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our time at Mint to be! The house was beautiful and one of the cleanest houses we have rented. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly. The beach was a short walk away. There was a wagon, beach chairs, cooler and some beach toys that we could use. Tonya was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend renting Mint to be!

Great stay! The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was excellent, loved how close the walk was to the beach. Tonya also gave us access to bicycles and beach chairs which were great! Loved everything about this house. The rooms are spacious and the showers are truly spectacular loved the waterfall showerhead. Kitchen has everything you need, and Walmart delivery is convenient to that location. Would recommend and stay at this location again.

If you are looking for a great property with fantastic owners, this is the place! Tonya and Gary (plus their neighbors) are warm, friendly, and overall make the stay wonderful. This is our second year to stay at the house and we will be back next year. The property is well-maintained, clean, and has all the things you need (amenities, comfortable furniture especially the mattresses, etc.).

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Mint to Be! The location of the house was perfect! We loved that it was on down from the more congested area of Navarre in a really quiet and newly developed area! The short walk to the beach was also a huge plus! Instead of packing up lunch everyday, we would go out in the morning and walk back for lunch, naps, etc before heading back in the late afternoon to enjoy more beach time! We loved waking up and going on morning walks and also rode bikes (that are provided) around the neighborhood! The house had everything we needed from kitchen/cooking supplies, beach towels, a wagon that made commuting our beach stuff super easy and so much more! It was clean and beautifully decorated. For years, we have usually gone to the Seaside area on 30A but we wanted to try something more quiet this year and we feel like we found a hidden gem! Mint to Be was exactly what we needed and it was such a perfect week!

Perfection!! The house is immaculate and well stocked with everything for the beach and for lots of fun. The owners are very gracious and easy to communicate with. The beach is an easy, quick walk. The water was absolutely beautiful during our stay. Lots of beautiful memories to be made at this beautiful new home.The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to entertain and prepare meals. We were very thankful we chose Mint to Be!

We had a lot of fun , not far from beach but far for crowded areas of panhandle . Rental agency was responding very fast to our questions . May need to add some ceramic coffee mugs to the kitchen and a larger drip coffee machine .

This beach house is beautiful! The location is just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay in Navarre and the check-in process was so smooth. The owners were so sweet and we are grateful they shared their home with us to create family memories.
