Come enjoy this beautifully renovated home in Panama City Beach! Only 5 blocks away from Beach Entrance. 3 minute drive to Inlet Beach, 5 minutes from Rosemary Beach and 10 minutes to Pier Park.

The space
The home is a 4/2 with one king bed, two queen beds, and a bunk bed (Full + Twin). As you walk in, enjoy the stunning tall living room ceilings and natural light. Enjoy the open space to listen music, watch a movie, play a board game around the dining table, or just relax and unwind. We have some incredible food options in our area, but if you'd like to stay in and cook, our kitchen is equipped with all the cookware and tools you will need for your stay. If you find yourself needing to catch up on some work (or catch up on your favorite show!), we've got you covered with high-speed internet.

Take a left into the hallway and you'll find 3 bedrooms each with 50 TVs, luggage racks, and beautiful decor. The master bedroom includes a King Bed and also its own bathroom fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Down this hallway you will also find the second bathroom which features mid-century modern decor and basic amenities (towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner) you'll need to enjoy your stay.

Behind the kitchen, you will find the 4th bedroom which includes a bunk bed (Full + Twin), 32 TV, luggage rack, and a beautiful view of the backyard. (Please keep in mind, this 4th room does not have a usable closet for guests as it is currently being used for all our linens + supplies.)

In the back hallway, you will have your access to the incredible outdoor space. The backyard is an absolute OASIS! Exhausted from a day at the beach Recharge by spending time with your friends and family grilling on the deck, or relax by the fire (don't forget your s'mores!). The outdoor space is fully equipped with a dining area, Weber Gas Grill, Fire Pit, Adirondack Chairs, and a large sectional/mid-century chairs for you to enjoy time with loved ones in the shade.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home. This will include the garage and backyard.

Other things to note
In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with 3 exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside of the home.

You are welcome to use our fire pit, but it is BYOFW. (bring your own firewood)
