Gorgeous Beach Home Ideal for Family Vacationers

The house is very comfortable with lots of space for everyone and a really nice kitchen.

Loved our time in Huntington Beach. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Nice kitchen to cook in and lots of space for the family. Especially enjoyed the bikes, boogie boards, beach gear and out door games. Jim and Tina were always available and helpful with any issues or questions. Check in was simple and communication was great! This was my second visit to this property and I would definitely rent again.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The property was spotless and the owners have thought of everything. We got a ton of use out of the bikes and beach supplies. The kitchen has newer plates, glasses, silverware and plenty of everything. There was really nothing they did not provide. It's an easy walk to the beach or to downtown and great restaurants. Jim and Tina made the check in process super simple and were extremely responsive. We will definitely be back.

Almost everything about this house was first class. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed; the provision of coffee pods for the Keurig machine was greatly appreciated. There was never a wait for a bathroom. The house allows for many different simultaneous conversation circles and activities. The major exception were the beds—The mattresses in the second master suite and the third-floor suite were markedly uncomfortable. This was so out of character with the otherwise excellent quality of the furnishings that I really wanted to be sure the owners/manager got the benefit of this possibly unknown shortfall.

Owners are very responsive and the home was beautiful, clean and so organized!! Would definitely rent this home again!!

Tina and Jim's house didn't disappoint! We stayed at their home for 2 months and there was so much to like about it. Tina and Jim were organized, easy to communicate with, and helpful all around. Some of the best hosts we've rented from. It was one of the cleanest, well-cared-for rentals we've stayed in, stocked with everything you'd need—from kitchen supples to ample amounts of things like TP, PT, soap, and more. There was lots of storage space in the garage and throughout the house. The street and neighborhood was quiet and walkable. We recommend it!

Myself and my family were very happy with our stay at the HBH. Everything about our stay was just what we were hoping for. Jim and Tina were also very responsive and friendly throughout all communication. The location of the home could not have been more perfect. We took full advantage of being so close to the beach. The cruiser bikes were used nearly daily and were such a great touch that made our stay that much better. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend a memorable Christmas in your home Jim and Tina!

Enjoyed my time at this property! The house was very clean with lots of room and a well stocked kitchen. The bikes, boogie boards and beach chairs were a plus for getting out and enjoying the town and the beach. The owners were very responsive and the house was just as pictured. When I got to the property everything was super clean and very nicely put together. The owners were kind and even left things like laundry detergent for myself and the other guys that were staying at the house. They were also very good at keeping up with us and making sure everything was okay. Anytime there was an issue they got it fixed quick and again, they were really good at communicating. It was a real pleasure getting to stay there for a few months and I would definitely recommend the property to anyone!
